There's hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in with a sign instructing you to clean your hands when you enter. It was 2pm on a weekday and there was no wait. Everyone inside wore a mask and were seated socially distant. Lu Lu greeted me, offered me a beverage then proceeded to do a great job on my mani pedi, she took her time and was very gentle. I signed up for the rewards program to earn points towards a discounted service. I'll be returning in a couple weeks for more pampering.
