After holding for 2 hours!!!!! They promised they would get someone to call me back that same afternoon. Two weeks went by and not a single call from them. We felt like a hamster in a wheel...going absolutely no where. Don't be fooled. This is your typical company that is not out to care about your well being. They are all about the bottom line number and have no interest in your health or your wellness. A simple question to be asked for a 95 year old patient. They simply do not care! Then you show up and they leave you waiting for hours before they attend to you...95 year old patients should not be left hanging. It was bad, it was awful, it was intolerable. Too mechanical in my opinion. They need to start getting rid of their answering service that does nothing! Good Doctors are hard to find in Laredo. If you find one, don't let him go.
