The massage itself was great. I got 90 mins for $79.00 but I won't be back because tipping a min of 20% and up to 35% is mandatory, which isnt mentioned until you check out. I tried to leave less than a 16$ tip and she canceled the transaction and re did it making me pay more. 20% tip is not customary here for a massage. I dont know who wrote that sign and decided that enforcing it was a good idea, but Ill be getting my bi-weekly massages somewhere else. read more

First I wanna say I've been to different footy rootys maybe about 10 times . This has been by far the worst massage I have ever had . I asked for the 90 minute massage as I have a back injury with pain to my right leg and I always get the longest massage. My massage was with Amy. She spent the first 20 minutes rubbing my forehand, my ears . Then another 20 minutes rubbing my hands . And 20 minutes rubbing my feet . There went an entire hour !! I needed my neck & back worked on as I am in extreme pain. Maybe she did my back for 15 minutes. I paid $79 fir this massage ! I was really disappointed! The worst massage ever! I did the $45 deep tissue body massage. It was a great, relaxing message. And he was very flexible when during one body part I'd be like that's good can you concentrate up here and he'll move there. If i can a rate it with No Stars I would. I give this place a negative 1 star! The masseuse was horrible. I left with both arms bruised. Whats the deal with them lifting up my legs and letting them fall on the table? Not once but twice. Wth? I had a gift card and the lady in the front took it last time i went. She said there was no funds. I had another employee who was in the front this time check it with my receipt from last time and she advised me that there was 50$ by checking the card number in their system. But she couldn't and wouldn't use it because i didn't have the card present. I advised her that it was taken last time i went. She then proceeds to to tell the Asian lady who takes you to the back, who was pretending not to understand our conversation and she just stayed quiet. As soon as we arrived, we were escorted into the massage room, which is just a large communal room with about 10 massage chairs. I would have preferred a little more space between chairs or, even better, curtains, but the set up didn't bother me so much. The massage, on the other hand, left me more stressed than when I walked in! Without going into agonizing detail, every element of it was just wrong. Pressure alternated between too light, tickling and violently aggressive. The masseuse was breathing heavily the entire time and at points even making moaning noises seemingly out of annoyance. All of this done at the speed of light and with several long "breaks" in between. This place is very affordable ($30 for an hour-long foot/body massage), but you definitely get what you pay for (or arguably less). read more

I've had three massages here, and they've all been good. However, I have to agree with the reviewer who mentioned the fact that they seem to not understand English until it comes time to pay out! I was twice told to "SIT." It drew laughter from the others in the waiting room, and I guess it was kind of funny. What a huge disappointment maybe an off day for them today . I visited this location several months ago had a relaxing & wonderful visit therefore decided to go by for a 30 min foot detox. I figured they would not busy on a Tuesday at 10:30 so I took a chance. I walked in & no one in lobby waiting good sign, young lady at front desk very nice , good sign so feeling great at this point.. was told foot detox only 30 min I'm like perfect , gives me enough time for my 11:30 appointment. I sit to wait thinking they would call me in in no time... WRONG...management must of decided to have a meeting with a staff member outside literally outside . I asked the young lady at desk if it would be long . She said well they are talking to a staff member outside. I decided to be patient & wait . Needless to say 10:50 came there is no way I would make my 11:30 appointment . The waiting didn't bother me so much it was the way it was handled ... management knew I was waiting they looked at me twice with no acknowledgement what so ever. Would of been nice if they could of said " we will be right with you" but nothing. I guess their conversation outside was more important than a customer waiting. If you are looking for a private room experience this is not the place for you. The setup here is unique. There is one main door that leads to a large boxed in room with about a dozen massage stations. The lights are dim and classical music is playing at a moderate volume. The same entrance to the massage area is also the entrance to the bathrooms and the employee lounge room so you will hear shuffling of feet, doors open and close and whispering of staff and therapists. If you can block out the extra noise by focusing on your breathing it's not bad at all. As I walked into the grand room I was quickly escorted to my station and was given a little tray to place my jewelry. The therapist quickly took my purse and hung it on the wall behind me. I was a little confused as a bucket of water was placed at my feet for soaking. I ordered the combo massage which includes 45 minutes of foot massage and 15 minutes of back massage. I thought my selection didn't include the foot soak but I quickly just accepted it as part of the combo. PLEASE --- wear comfortable clothes like yoga attire and lose t-shirts. Leave your skinny jeans at home. And if possible don't wear makeup or spend time doing up your eyebrows on fleek! Part of the back massage includes face and scalp massage too. Your ears will be massaged and pulled. If you don't want your face or ears messed with tell the attendant upfront so she can inform the manager that runs the floor. If possible drink plenty of water before visiting a place like this. It's important to be hydrated so that your body can respond better to the therapy. Also drink plenty of water after the massage too. Some people experience a bit of a hangover because all the toxins in your body get moved around. Your body needs to sweat out the toxins somehow. Me and my family of 2 went to this place in hope of relaxing but instead we got pain . They took 20 minutes to start on us and when they did start they would leave for 5-10 minutes or more and since it was just me and my mother In that room we where changing and the people outside could see us so me and my mother had to cover each other cause there were many people outside the room my mother got a newbie so the Masseuse that I had would stop to help him and when she would come back to me she would go super hard and fast like she was rushing it was very painful and felt like she was scratching me and when she was doing my legs she had her phone with her so every 2 minutes her phone would ring and vibrate very loud and she would stop for periods of time to text . When the man was doing my mother he would grunt very loudly and would cough like he was sick My dad who was In The next room told me that it felt like a wild puma was tap dancing on his back . He also shared that when his masseuse put the hot towel on him it felt like he was getting and unwelcomed Brazilian wax . On a good note the did have very good candy at the counter . I have only received the reflexology before. I like that I don't need an appointment. Usually there is only a short wait time. The reflexology isn't the best I have received before but it is good. I went to have a massage today by Person named O-ven . Yes, he's Asian the spelling might not be right . But, sound it out. The 1st thing u notice is the language barrier. It's very tuff cause they don't know a lick of English. It will take 4 them together to understand u. Well, anyways. The massage was Swedish which suppose to be soft. Well, is was rough and almost like violent pulls at time. In all honesty O-ven agreed with me when I would say soft not to hard etc... I actually felt real good. But, this type of massage is maybe twice a month deal. This type of massage u would use on Pro athletes. I don't recommend this as relaxing massage. I would go again but I will have to ask English speaking person to understand each other better and get what I really want out of massage. Went today for a foot massage.. The gentleman that took care of me was amazing! I'm currently pregnant with swollen feet and the massage was just what i needed! It was one hour for $25 plus tip. Price is reasonable, staff was very friendly and caring. I would definitely go back again. The downside is it's still a little too lit in the room and the AC is very loud when it turns on/off.. Theirs maybe about 10 stations you're not too close to each other, but you definitely hear if the person next to you is snoring. Receptionist wasn't polite, was put in a very small room by the lady I thought was going to be messaging me, however was confused to see a man walk in. You are only given a towel to cover and everything involving the message was rough and awkward. I paid for a Swedish message which is suppose to be gentle touch but I had to ask him twice to not push down so hard. He jiggled my arm, slapped my feet, and popped my fingers. I come here probably about 3 times a month and I've probably gotten a massage from the entire staff and what I could tell you is that you should avoid having the ladies do it. They miss a few steps of the massage. Oh and the manager doesn't speak English, she calls everyone "lady" and points at you which is awkward and there's one lady that snorts all the time it's gross. Just ask for a guy, they usually do WAY better than the girls for sure. Oh and also, a little heads up on the deluxe massage, they massage your butt. I always tell the people at the front that I don't want them to massage that area and they do it anyway! Like wtf?! Also, they've been playing the same soundtrack every day for almost a year, maybe more. Am I the only one who gets bothered by that?
