I had a very concerning experience at this massage business. I went in for a one hours massage, but during the session the therapist applied excessive pressure to my shoulder. Shortly after, I experienced significant pain that continued to worsen. I ended up going to the emergency room and was diagnosed with a shoulder sprain. This was not a minor issue,it disrupted my daily activities and caused a lot of stress. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability when I reached out to inform them. There was little to no concern or effort to address the situation. I would strongly caution others to be very clear about pressure levels and to speak up immediately. I've now visited two times, and I'm just so disappointed. I love the concept of this place but reflexology and the art and importance of the foot is so amazing you would think they would be excellent on the reflexology service. My first visit I did a delux body massage which the gentleman did great and I enjoyed, but just the day after I was sore and I was surprised when he asked if I was happy, it was because if you answer that question with words it tacks on a tip depending how you say it. Second visit I got a delux foot service . Including the foot detox (which I believe the machine they put in the foot bath was broke) The upper body massage (which was very basic and fine besides the pressure was all unknown when or where) And then what was most important was the reflexology.... only for it just to end up being a leg and foot massage and no specific reflexology systems. I was so disappointed. I even said something, where he just kept pointing at the "happy" "very happy" extremely happy" sign..... which I wasn't any of them.... but being in the service industry happy was content enough. I came in here with my mom for hour foot massages ($25 for an hour foot massage... crazy awesome deal !) as soon as you come in they take you into a dimly lit big back room with around 12 large reclining chairs . They bring a basket for you to put all your belongings in ( it's highly recommended to not be on your phone so you can get the full experience .) Everything from the relaxing music , the awesome ladies giving the massage , and the comfy seats made this a super memorable experience . My boss suggested we go have a relaxing massage here after a rough work week. For $30 you can get a foot soak and a head, neck, upper back and foot massage that all lasts about an hour. The environment is relaxing with dim lighting and soft Asian music. The location looks a little run down from the outside and the initial lobby area isn't overly appealing but once you walk through the door to the back area it's nice. Everything was clean and the person giving the massage made me feel comfortable. They apply pressure to all the right places which felt very nice without being to hard or too soft. They also offer a variety of options which go from a basic foot massage up to an 1.5 hour fully body massage. All services seemed to be reasonably priced. You don't need an appointment. I asked him to lighten up on pressure several times but after a few minutes he would go right back to digging in harder. I repeatedly told him it was too much. With in about 2 hours of leaving I wasn't able to walk due to some sort of pinch in my lower back. My back is black from bruising and by bed time my back and chest hurt so bad I can hardly breathe. Today I got the $39, 1 hour delux with Cici and let me tell you...AMAZING! It's like a full body massage and it focuses a lot on your feet. I have never felt so uncomfortable before. I got there at about 8:00 pm, the man at the front desk kept "misunderstanding" me when I asked for " CLOTHES ON" ,he would repeat " okay clothes off" (FIRST RED FLAG) After a minute of going back a forth, my boyfriend and I were taken back to get situated for our massages. The man from the front guides us to a room in the back and points to a sign that says "keep bra and underwear on" and leaves. My boyfriend and I just get on the bed confused as I told him I had never been taken to this room before. The ladies come in to greet us and immediately start encouraging us to get undressed. I let them kindly know I told the man up front that I wanted clothes ON. AGAIN, I go back and forth with them for a second and they finally allow us to lay down with our clothes on. About 30 mins into our massage I can FINALLY get comfortable enough to relax, we were asked if we wanted oil on our backs, we did not turn that down lol, as my boyfriend is taking his shirt off I hear the lady giving his massage say "ohh okayyy" in a flirtatious way. Also later finding out she had half his ass out and decided she would rub alittle further than she needed.
