Hands and feet which is what I wanted to focus on he did a great job and hit spots in my feet I didn't even know about. While deciding what to get the receptionist informed me of the December specials. They are offering a hour massage for a discounted price. So I decided to purchase me and my husband this special and also a couples massage for Christmas. First the staff in very polite and attentive. They explained what to expect and made sure we understand we control the pressure receive during our session. Once at our appointment they did COVID screening and asked if we had any questions. The vegan products used felt so good on my skin and had no scent. My masseuse worked all of my problem areas and had me so relax I almost fell asleep. Cibolo's local spa located off FM 1103 is a nice go to right down the street from my residence. Nice decor & friendly staff. My therapist Samara was great & made sure I was comfortable. The room played music in the background even though I heard a lil bit of construction going on from businesses next door. Samara apologize for the inconvenience but I wasn't bothered. The rooms were nice & clean. Again the decor was nice & welcoming. After the massage I was offered Fiji water & told where I had tightness & recommendations on future visits. I received a 90 minute body massage at this establishment and I was very disappointed with how utterly flimsy it was from beginning to end. The massage was more like a rub down. The masseuse did not communicate with me at all during the massage, including asking about pressure or how I was feeling, thus leading to a bad massage and unhappy client. At one point, I did ask the masseuse to increase her pressure and she merely rubbed me a bit harder. The masseuse's hands were also trembling for most of the massage, which was pretty distracting and not good for relaxation. On positive notes, the employees are very friendly and professional here. Also, the venue is very clean, comfortable, well-decorated and lovely. I dislike writing negative reviews for businesses that exude professionalism, but I was frustrated and disappointed to have paid for a weak 90 minute massage, especially since I rarely have time to get them. read more

They explained all options to me in detail. The masseuse, Martin, was amazing as well! He made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. He spoke with me prior to my massage to see if there were certain areas I needed more focus on, or if there were areas I wanted him to avoid. This would be a two part review. Booking the appointment is easy and I love that they do Military Mondays, however you need to either send them a email ahead of time or call to make an appointment to get this discount. If you are not worried about the discount and are going on any other day you can book online through the mindbody app which is very easy to use. As for the massage it was amazing. The therapist was very concerned about what the target areas for my body were. They don't necessarily have to do the entire body and can concentrate on certain problem areas. She was very thorough explaining what she was going to do and and when she started she notified me of the time and then when she ended the time was correct reflection. I liked that so I didn't feel like I was shorted at all. I liked that she explained to me what we would do before hand so the talking was very minimal. She checked in every so often to see if I was okay but other than that it was a very peaceful experience.
