I don't think he could do any worse if he was actively trying to run it in to the ground. His poor parents. He literally would tell me to just put terrible quality items in the customers boxes. He didn't care about color matching. He didn't care if the embroidery was missing whole sections. He just doesn't care. I worked overti.e on a hat order and he promised me a bonus check. Never seen it. I brought him customers and then regretted it. I was the printer and he would make me send out low quality work. I hated it. He never answers the phone. He just sucks.
