3/21/25 *Part 3 Of 3* *Before I begin my review, I would like to inform the readers about the issues I had with my debit card. The issues I had with my debit card have now been resolved by Sandra. I appreciate her understanding and quick action to fix this issue.* AFTERMATH: Sittin' Up In My Room like the music artist Brandy, I have had some time to contemplate on my past adventure at Him/Her Spa. I saw on my receipt the service I paid for was labeled as Cavitation Machine, not Massage. Although I could have sworn I saw a massage therapist certificate on Sandra's well, but the photos I am now looking at are to blurred to read when blown up on my phone. The $28 surcharge fees is really rubbing me the wrong way. Getting that back is now on my mind. I don't wish to cause a problem Sandra and her business, but this is my first time ever (and I am thinking about how Chris Jericho says Ever) been charged a $14 surcharge on my debit card. Still, aside from this one thing, I am satisfied with the way my 90 minutes went at Him/Her Spa. I give this whole experience four Stars. Update: 3/24/25 I spoke with Sandra De La Vega about the two 7% surcharge added on to my bills and the problem has been resolved. I appreciate how this was handled by her. I will be stopping by to get the problem fixed later on in the week. I now feel better about give this business the 5 stars it deserves. Sandra De La Vega said the best way to avoid any surcharge is to pay in cash. As for tips, they can go into the grey trays on the table in the rooms. I learned after my session with Sandra, she will not be doing another 90 with anyone. Only 1 hour or less. I am not sure if this rule applies to the other therapists, so you will have to find out on your own. Hope this information helps. read more

Very bad experience. I called on 3/14 and made an appointment for 3/28. I was told the facial person would call me the day before to discuss skin type. I never received a call and when I went in for my appointment the facial person not only didn't have me on the schedule but wasn't anywhere in town. I'm a very understanding person but there was no cares given. Trying to come here as a first time customer, when this was recommended by a friend. I am very disappointed. They did offer to reschedule, but there was no hey let's give you five dollars off to make up for the inconvenience of taking time off work to come in to do this or any thing like that. read more

Excellent massage provider. I went there recently for the very first time after reading many positive reviews. I'm glad I did. My therapist's name was Cecilia. She was great, very thorough and used pretty firm pressure throughout the massage. The music that played during my appointment was perfect, too, just the right mood. Also, the room was darkened to just the right amount, and the whole place smelled very nice, just like a massage spa should. I left feeling very relaxed and happy. Highly recommended! I've been going to this spa for my non surgical procedures and massages. Sandra is a true professional and is more than qualified for helping clients in their cosmetic needs. I love this place. I've been there twice for cavitation (tightening) and microdermabrasion. This place is very reasonable with their pricing, Sandra and Nelly care about the results and give you very realistic expectations and cater to your specific needs. This is one of the most relaxing atmospheres that I have encountered for spa services. Everyone is genuine and personable, they really make you feel relaxed. I have had several services; massage, facials, waxing and sculpting. Sandra is extremely knowledgeable and on the cutting edge of technology with her techniques and equipment. I only make reviews when I really see the place deserves it. Sandra is an amazing person and will accommodate any needs that you may have. I've seen results from the second week I started with her using the velashape ultra sound cavitation machine. She is very flexible with the schedule and with the treatment choices. Found this hidden treasure on groupon! Sandra called me back with 2 hours and was able to see me the same day! My sessions were so long and pampering that I ended up buying a package! I honestly was not ready for such wonderful service off a groupon (Im so used to groupons often taking super long for an appointment call back or reduced laser times because most places dont post how much time you get) it was a breath of fresh air to just feel totally pampered! Can you image that? Buying a groupon from a vendor who wants to spoil you so you can be a customer for life? Well that I am! Sandra spoils you from the start! Often has some neat water infusion when you arrive, warm towels at the ready after each treatment area, I've never had to wait, nor have I ever been rushed, the pricing is SUPER LOW and her service is unmatched! BONUS! She is available in the evenings and weekends!! In fact Ive even texted her 15 minutes before hand when I was in the area to see if she could see me and she squeezed me in!!!
