First of all prices are amazing for the quality of work. It's so hard to find someone that is able to do natural lips without it looking fake or overdone. Kim is the absolutely best and so pleasant to be around. I first went in to get filler dissolved from lips injected somewhere else. It had managed to last 3+ years and had migrated, but other injectors denied that it was even possible for it to last that long and refused to remove it. Where do I start. I love this place and the person behind Pureskin. This place is in a great and easy location to get to. Kimberly Casibang is the one and only one that run her entire spa. I came to her after getting my lips done from two different places. I was unsatisfied with the previous places. Even worst the last place I went to messed me all up. So bad I damn sure wasn't taking any selfies because it was so bad and my lip looked like a lumpy sausage. I was determined to get my lip fixed ASAP and I kept looking and calling around. A few places was willing to take me the same day or the next day but they sounded to sketchy so I some how found this place. I booked an appointment online through the website and soon got a response and was able to get scheduled in. I was extremely nervous but was willing to pay whatever price to get my lip fixed. 1st impression was okay small place and she's the only one working here. But as she got done with her client she greeted me and was pleasant. I explained everything to her and she asked me a few questions and from there I immediately wanted to get worked on. She suggested that I remove the product but I thought I didn't want to waste my money and just add more and see if that will work. Well it didn't. This my my fault for not listening to her so I schedule another appointment and came back to get the product removed. Waited two weeks and came back and we started all over. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and she explains everything step by step as she was doing the work. She listens to what you want and gives you exactly what you ask for. I scheduled my appointment with her 2 weeks ago. I was scheduled for tomorrow. She emailed me today (less than 24 hours notice) to tell me she was cancelling my appointment because I had previously missed an appointment with her. I have never missed an appointment with her. When I asked her when I missed one, she didn't respond. I was last treated 5/2019. I have all the emails from the visit. I haven't gotten anything done since then so there is no way that I could have made or missed an appointment in that time frame. If she would have let me know sooner I could have been on someone else's waiting list for treatment. I wouldn't mind if I didn't spend over 2000 with her my last visit. Kim is good, until things go bad. I went to Kim with virgin lips, wanting to try lip injections for the first time (bday present to myself). She was recommended to me by a cousin. Initially, I had wanted to do Volbella ($350), but Kim convinced me to go for a fuller and longer lasting look, Juvederm ($550). Unfortunately (due to no fault of my own or Kim's) my lips did not react well at all to the filler. I had several hard, uneven bumps and it was painfully obvious I had gotten the procedure done. I went back to Kim. She removed the filler and tried re-injecting via a different method. To my surprise, I had to foot another bill ($275 - half of the Juvederm). Again, I had the same issue. But had to wait two weeks to go back and get the filler removed, a process that in itself is excruciatingly painful. Long story short, Kim refused to give me a refund. I basically paid $825 for nothing. On top of losing all that money: I went through so much pain and suffering with the procedure twice and removal of filler twice, which also cost me time away from work. I faced much public embarrassment with having to interact with messed up lips. For the latter reason, I did not attend several social events in weeks and stayed low key until the time was up and I could go back to Kim each time for repair. I don't understand why a refund couldn't have been given to help rectify this situation with grace and respect, but I suppose some people care more about money than a client's happiness. If the situation were reversed, I would not have done this to her nor anyone. To be that cheap goes beyond money for me (character) and thus, I would never go to her again for anything. It seems like standard ethics to me that when a service goes painfully wrong, the client would be given a refund and wished a pleasant day. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. I regret going to begin with. I hope this post can save someone else from an upsetting experience. On top of everything, I still have some bumps on my lips I'm going to have to figure out how and where to fix now.. read more
