In the midst of the COVID-19 lockdowns, I found this to be very challenging and frustrating. Many groomers I contacted were either booked 4-6 weeks in advance and/or not accepting new clients. K&S returned my call early the next morning, and were able to take her within the hour!!! She was severely over grown and matted, they did a wonderful summer cut on her and When compared to my old groomer (who I repeat key got poor quality cuts from) and who significantly up charged for any matting......K&S was more than reasonably priced. I usually take her to the vet because she is not an easy nail trim for average groomers. Well that is definitely not the case here. My eyes almost popped out of my head when Morgan came from the back and gave me my baby. Even the vet doesn't trim her nails that fast, and with no quicking (cutting the nerve). They were very professional and they truly care about your time, preferences, and your dog. They have you put down half of the cost up front which worried me at first because I've never done that before, but it's because they make REAL appointments for your pup. When they say 10am they mean 10am. That is your time slot. They don't stick them in a crate and get to them when they can. My Olive was only there for 1.5hr! Because of this too there's not a ton of dogs in there making a ton of noise and stressing everyone out. They have you fill out a questionnaire beforehand and when you take them in they truly want to know what you want and take the time to do a consultation. Like a real hair appointment! They even have hair length examples. I am very very happy with the cut and their willingness to work with my particularity's because of Olives high maintenance coat and disasters in the past. 10/10 recommend!
