0 stars if I could. I've never said in bigger piece of crap hole! Everything in that house broke. When id call to get it fixed, sometimes they would answer sometimes they wouldn't. I think just about every breaker switch had to be changed which is a huge fire hazard. My dryer would also over heat (I guess) and get the hallway all wet and everything inside the dryer room wet. So hot it fogged my glasses up. Their are bugs all the time. When called I was asked to just use bug spray. The windowsills suck and I think that's how the bugs get in? The toilet paper and towel holders have fallen off the walls multiple times. They have hardwood floor in the bathrooms so every time you get them wet, you need to dry it up or else your floor will get messed up. Overall, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rent from them. read more

The people at the front (especially the lady by the door as soon as you come in) treat you like you are the scum of the earth and dumb. She was very rude to both my wife and I. I tried to lighten her attitude by being very polite and listen to what she had to say but that didn't phase her. There is no excuse to treat people like that. They should take some customer service classes or something. I held my tongue and did not say anything. I get that there are some bad tenants that they have to deal with, not not everyone who walks through the door are bad or problematic. We definitely weren't. A silver lining here...The lady who handled signing of the lease was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions in a professional matter. I didn't think this company was as terrible as the reviews but we were quickly proven wrong and now I agree with a lot of other people on here. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. My husband and I are trying to relocate to the Russellville area from Fayetteville to follow our careers. The first time we went to the office, my husband (who is the nicest person around) had a very rude encounter with one of the women (blonde, short haircut with glasses) who had a snappy attitude, was dismissive and walked away from him multiple times while he tried to get information about the available rentals, as if she didn't have time to deal with him. Past that, we applied for a specific property on the 24th, with the only other lady in there who seemed like she didn't hate her job and she was the only one who spoke to us like we were humans. We were told it would take about 3 days to process the application and then we could place a deposit. We called on the 28th, after lunch to ask about the application and we were told their system was down and it would probably be the next day. No problem, except we didn't hear anything. Called on the 30th, after lunch and we were told that they were just waiting on our references to call back. We offered to contact the references for them to have them make contact with the office and they shot it down, saying they would have to get in touch with the references themselves and they would call us as soon as they heard back. They also wouldn't tell us which references they had/had not spoken to at this point, 4 days into the process. On the 3rd we were out of town and received a message that they needed to "discuss our application with us", seven days into the process. Unable to get anyone on the phone that afternoon when we called, we called them today, the 6th, ten days after we submitted an application to be told that they had rented the property out. There was never any mention that the property had another application or that it was possible it might not be available to us and we were led to believe that no one was interested because of an accident that occurred there. They charged us $40 dollars for the application and then stretched the process out over a week. I attempted to call back immediately to ask what had happened and it took 6 phone calls and one voicemail to get through to someone. When I finally got them on the phone, the lady, who was much nicer than the original woman we dealt with could not tell me why it took 10 days to approve our application and now we are up against a deadline to move when we were led to believe we had a property lined up. All in all, we will not be renting from this company. They have terrible reviews with the BBB as well as with the Russellville Chamber of Commerce and for good reason. I asked for information on the owner of the company to file a formal complaint and they refused to give me any number to call where I could speak with someone in charge. Do yourself a favor, rent from ANYWHERE else. At this point with how they have treated us as renters, we are confident they would be a nightmare to have as landlords and would undoubtedly rob us blind on the back end, especially with all the reviews stating how they ripped off people and took an unreasonable amount out of their security deposits. Shameful company and I will be reporting them as well. Seems they are going for the record on worst slumlords in town and they are going to earn it. read more

I've paid my rent on time if not before for over 3 years, with no complaints. Recently there was a squirrel that got into the attic and was chewing through the drywall into the bedroom and having offspring, not to mention termites boring through the wall. I mentioned it to the lady that has her desk closest to the front door, she got an attitude like it was my fault. How can one treat a prime customer like that? Ford Property Management probably has the worse staff ever. They are so damn rude I may be young but I surely am not dumb. One of the ladies was very rude and being disrespectful and you think the next lady helping would be a little nice but she was just as rude and the one before. I go in and pay my rent on time and even when paying for rent the lady taking MY MONEY is being rude when I ask a simple question. I don't know if its the color of my skin or simply because they think they are above because they own a business. The owner of Ford Property Management should reconsider who they put on the front desk to help people who are RENTING from them. My roommate was wanting off the lease and I called to see if they got the email. She said she didn't get the email and I asked what email to send it to so they'll get it. She told me the email but I didn't have paper or pencil to write it down and ask her to repeat it and she starts raising her voice giving me an attitude. I don't know why its so hard for her to answer my question I was being nice and here she is snapping at me. I wish there was a way to give no stars. Renting an apartment from these people has been the worst experience of my life. I may be young, but I am not naive. I know when someone is trying to play me. These people do their very best to screw over the young people in this college town. They know most of them have no experience with landlords and they take advantage of that. They are rude and hateful. They take no responsibility for their awful tenants or their broke down properties. My dishwasher was reported broken months ago and I haven't even received a call about it being repaired. My neighbors smoke Marijuana frequently. The odor leaks into my unit. I have small children here a lot but my landlords told me that wasn't their problem and that they could do nothing about it. Please do not make the same mistake I made when renting from these awful people. I am now renting from Russellville Property Management and it has been so far a very pleasant experience. read more

do not rent from them!!! if you currently rent from them find another place.i rented from them for 3 and half years and they never fixed the fuse in the refrigerator in the house i rented. and on top of that they violated my renters rights and went into the property without my permission or notifying me. when i called to get my garage door fixed it took them a week to fix it. they even refused to fix my refrigerator!!! all my food spoiled. this happened every time i spoke to sharon. she is absolutely the worst!!!! the other ladies however were always nice and willing to help. **actually would give no stars!!!!** they still have yet to refund my deposit and i moved out 30 days ago. read more
