I have used First Care many times! This is where I go when I cannot get into my primary care…read morephysicians office. They are quick to give you the medications you need. The wait is not usually very long, of course that is something out of their control. They have no way of knowing since there are no appointments. I am so thankful that they are here when I need them!

Let me start off by saying I'm generally prone to having sinus infections, I visited this clinic…read morebecause my normal clinic I go to was closed, I was asked multiple questions like usual to pinpoint what the issue is, but during I had mentioned that I was almost positive that it was a sinus infection, same symptoms as usual, lime green mucus stuffy/runny nose, pressure in nasal area etc. After checking my throat and ears this girl tells me that she believes it could be strep and that the test is $15, of course I pay it and it comes back negative, she proceeds to tell me that I have fluid in my ear but is not an infection yet.....I asked for antibiotics anyway, but because she said she didn't see the infection they wouldn't prescribe it, fast forward to the checkout window and $57 later, I go to another clinic who did diagnose it as a sinus infection....now I don't normally make posts like this or posts at all but I was so aggravated that I had to spend money at this place and another place because the staff was not capable of doing there job, I will definitely not be coming back here ever

The office experience at Braselton was terrible. Nobody picks up the phone if you call, other…read moreproviders claim the same thing with this group. They constantly blame others for the reason they cancel, until you contact the "others" yourself and then the story changes. They cancelled my appointment with two hours notice, but if You have to cancel, they they bill you. There Office Manager treated a 93 year old man terribly in my opinion and the opinion of others who witnessed the interaction. I was told the Office Manager was out for the day......

My ex-husband was given a catheter in February. He was told it couldn't be taken out until he had…read moreprostate surgery...which he agreed to. Then, they postponed surgery FOR SEVEN MONTHS. Their excuses ran the gamut from Dr. Is on vacation to no operating rooms available at the hospital. My ex is 74, easily confused, non-confrontational and on Medicare. When I finally convinced him to let them know that I could speak to them, they suddenly found an OR available. Dr. Woo was careful to show me what a great job he had done, but when I asked about the damage that could have been caused by the prolonged use of a catheter, he quickly started blaming prostrate medication...medication HE prescribed! Fortunately, removal went off well and he is able to "void" so far. A lawsuit is still not out of the question for the pain and suffering caused by this neglect.

Amazing doctor and friendly, professional staff. They truly care and it shows! They have all gone…read moreabove and beyond to meet my needs, from the ladies at the front desk to the doctor in between and the girls in the back. They're all amazing!

Called for appointment at 8:00 AM was asked if I could possibly make it in same day at 2:00 changed…read morework schedule and raced to appointment it is now 15:40 and I'm still waiting in the parking lot . Not sure why I was asked if I come same day if they didn't have an actual opening. Not sure how the care is I never got that far
