Cory came to our house. He did not fully investigate the issue we were having with our lights. He just unscrewed the plate on the light switch and said the wiring looked fine, then said we should replace all the light fixtures. That cost $135. When I asked if the problem persisted, would we be charged another trip fee, he got an attitude with me and said, "You're making it sound like it's my fault." We've used Fore See Electric 2 times the past year. The first time they installed a dryer outlet and wired it to the breaker box. We were moving and needed the job done fast. They scheduled and completed the work in a very timely manner. I knew we would use them again in our new house. I called them today and they had Mike come out within the hour. He rewired an outdoor light fixture, fixed the humming in our breaker box and checked 3 items on our home inspection list. Mike was very friendly, knowledgable and honest. Great place to work with and I highly recommend them. I was doing some DIY replacement of switches and outlets and got in a little over my head. I spoke to someone right away and they had someone come out within a couple hours on the same day. Craig, who I talked to initially even tried to help me fix my problem (free of charge) before someone came out. As I still wasn't sure, John came out, right on time. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing along the way. Then since I was paying for an hour of work and he fixed the GFCI I was initially having trouble with in about 10 minutes, he filled up the hour doing 2 other GFCIs and 5 dimmers. John came to house today after frosted over outlets in the house. He changed 7 outlets and re-wired and repaired outdoor outlets that have not worked for years as well as installed a new bathroom fan and vented through the roof. We had one outlet in a laundry room with washer and dryer and a freezer on so he put a new outlet in and split them up. We also had a closet fixture leaking water from attic!
