We have used Scott Nelson Electric for all of our electrical renovations/installs, they have always done an awesome job and reasobut this last time they really knocked it out of the park. Eddie and Josh installed multiple quad receptacles throughout the house and swapped out pull chain lights for switch lights. They also removed our builder grade (and not-centered Chandelier) and install our new chandelier in our 2 story foyer. The chandelier manufacturer did not include directions for install (smh) or how to adjust the hanging lights but Eddie and Josh did an AMAZING job! Eddie was able to recreate the design posted on the manufacturers website and it looks phenomenal! Nelson Electric is the best electrical contractor I've used in my thirty-eight years of owning and updating my homes. It is difficult to find an excellent contractor who is willing to take on a major remodeling project in old construction, and who handles it efficiently, cost-effectively, and with perfection. This time we were remodeling a 110 year-old bathroom. When we got down to the studs, joists, and rafters, the plans were worthless because of all the surprises. Unphased, the crew was able to trace every hidden wire to destination and source, re-route them as needed, install a new, larger, circuit breaker box, pull wire through neatly, clearly identify and label everything, and finish beautifully the lighting, overhead heating, floor heating, and exhaust fixtures, making for a beautiful bath. We got gifted a bidet back in the summer and procrastinated until the holidays to figure out what to do with it. Unfortunately the bidet needed a dedicated outlet and we only had one outlet in our bathroom that was far from the toilet. I sent out a few inquiries to electricians in the area and Scott Nelson Electric replied quickly with a date and time that worked for us. Scott, the owner, came over at his promised date/time to survey the jobs we wanted to get done. Scott provided a prompt and fair quote by the EOD as promised! We quickly scheduled time to install the extra GFCI outlet in the master bath along with having multiple outlets checked/replaced for safety as we had recently moved into our home. Email exchanged to confirm the installation date and time was smooth and quick. Due to the holidays, we scheduled the installation in the new year, but we already procrastinated like 5 months to get this done, what's another 2 weeks? Eric & Connor came over at the promised installation date and time to complete the jobs and we could not be happier! I was worried that we had to do some drywall patching after the new outlet was installed, but they were able to figure out a way to create a connection via the attic. Our attic isn't the easiest to access and I've personally never been up there, but they were able to get the installation done without me having to do any extra drywall work! WIN!
