They are a money grubbing practice that will lie to you and put you on an unnecessary treatment plan with no follow up, just collecting their checks along the with no regard for actual patient well being. I made an appointment with a Dr Queresh. I updated my insurance information on that call. I made sure Dr Quresh was covered under my insurance. He was. From that moment I was emailed n texted at least 10 times to register online-- ONE text said if you don't online, come early n bring... information. My hands are unable to fill 16 pages online. So I wrote all info on paper to bring into appointment. I tried to call them to tell them this to stop texts n emails ( you cannot reach a person unless you go to billing ext.) but instead I got repeated texts telling me to do it online. I have 3 insurance and they told me the insurance I am NOT using with them is expired-- it isn't but they don't understand how to verify that. The money is all they care about and I confirmed my insurance twice- they didn't understand I got angry cuz it should NOT be that hard to go to their establishment for an appointment-- I cancelled the appointment. It's sad cuz they have a monopoly of dermatology business in Manitowoc - others are 30+ miles away. Avoid them if you can- it's ridiculous the harassment n then incompetence in billing department. read more

Dr Azam Qureshi removed a cyst from under my arm and has no idea how to suture! He stitched my skin together in bunches like a dinosaurs back with ridges. When I complained that I didn't want it to be all bumpy, he stated " yeah it's going to be bumpy" WTF ? I have 5 other surgeries and non of them look like this. He is sloppy and or unskilled. I had the unfortunate experience to go here for an issue I was having on my nose. I should have walked out when the extremely loud receptionist was asking personal questions so that everyone in the waiting room could hear her. But I was concerned about this lesion, so against my better judgement, I stayed. The technician (just can't use the word doctor) I saw froze it and sent me on my way. It returned and they did the exact same thing. I was at my PCP for my routine checkup and he noticed it had returned a third time. He referred me to a professional dermatologist. He took one look and did a biopsy. Something that Forefront never did. It was Squamous cell cancer. I was then referred to a plastic surgeon since it had now spread. I now have an over inch scar on my nose thanks to Forefront not doing their job in the first place. From the most unprofessional receptionist, staff and incompetent doctors, none of them displayed any concern for anything other than the money. Absolutely stay away. read more

READ AND REREAD everything you sign! I think there are very talented and respected Physicians within FFD HOWEVER their billing practices are shady . You will get a large statement from the office and again from their Lab (whether you wanted your tissue tested or not --- its in your signed paperwork). ASK a lot questions and be proactive with your treatment. Fully understand your dermatology benefits often times your treatment will be non covered and you will get the entire bill sent to you (dermatology services are VERY expensive) - staff will tell you it is covered, my advice get it in writing from who ever tells you this!!!!!! read more

This clinic used to be Dermatology Associates, terrible care. They gave me Kenalog shot in buttock for rash without inform of terrible side affects, they say Tech checked boxes of informrd me, so dishonest staff. I was left with fat loss & deformed buttock. read more

Let me provide an Executive Summary or bullet points of action items perhaps that are so popular in the corporate world for those too busy with private equity sales/mergers and maximizing shareholder value, or too intellectually lazy to extract the salient points from an articulated patient experience narrative. * I was Not counseled as a patient as to the treatment options, the extent of the surgery, and potential outcomes * I was Not informed sufficiently as to wound care accessories which I would require * I was Not supported or acknowledged with regard to your dismissive and cavalier attitude toward pain management These are systemic problems which require management and leadership to resolve. read more

Recently they butchered my Mother leaving her with a gaping horrible wound, terrible infection, and much pain. She has had to follow up with wound care due to the complications of having a small spot removed. Zero stars, don't go here! Don't go there. Made an appt with a dermatologist but seen by a nurse practitioner. Very small spot was treated then double charges for lab work, my 30 min visit was $2600 1200.00 out of pocket. I've been fighting for mos and they have reduced it to $750. They don't give you any estimate of the costs and I even was charged for the mailing of my sample to their lab, 40.00. The Better Business Bureau has 13 complaints and zero positive or neutral. There are many of us who have been cut needlessly and gi en huge bills. Big mistake! I went in to have two small moles removed. I spent a total of 17 minutes in the office from start to finish. My total bill? $843! Ridiculously high fees. Dermatology Associates is a huge money making machine. Look for an independent dermatologist instead. Rating would be no stars if it were possible. read more

I saw Dr. Wernli at Forefront Dermatology. She and her staff were prompt, courteous, and professional. They specialize in any skin problems, and in cosmetic procedures as well. They are my, and my husband's, go-to with any skin problem as well as cosmetic dermatology, such as botox and fillers. I always look at the framed certifications, diplomas, etc, that doctors have on their walls, and Dr. Wernli's diplomas, recognitions, and honors are all impressive. She also speaks all over the country for the National Dermatology organization and must be highly esteemed. She is also very caring with great bedside manners. I highly recommend her. read more

I do not recommend dermatology on Randolph Court in Manitiowoc. I was not given the care any person entrusts to a medical provider. I am left with a staff infection, a skin ulcer that hasn't healed in a month, numerous antibiotics, pain ..... I went in as a healthy person with a small spot to be removed and now I have a gaping hole and constant pain. I am now at wound care. Please go anywhere else. read more
