Never go here. They will send you on loops on the phone. They won't ever explain what you will be charged, and I got charged $400 for a 10 min consultation on a medical issue (not cosmetic). The phone support hung up on me twice and didn't greet me. If you have a medical need, go somewhere else. The actual medical staff is nice but getting anything done is a nightmare of hold lines and 0 pricing information or anyone to help you on the phone. read more

Would not recommend unless you'd like to pay a lot. For 2- 5 minute sessions I was charged over $800. The office charges to my insurance were outrageously costly and still after my insurance helped out, the total of 10 minutes visiting with the Doctor was over $800. The care I received was suboptimal. The staff was okay. Nothing above average or even average for that matter. Save yourself and look elsewhere. read more

I responded to Lewis M "customer service" with Forefront Dermatology per his request after my poor review for cosmetic services received by Dr Michael Dreifke and there has been no response weeks later. Not only were the Juvederm fillers not injected properly, the $800 of Botox has worn off after 3 weeks. Dr Dreifke should be responsible for his care. I'm out thousands of dollars for cosmetic procedures but what about patients requiring help diagnosing more serious skin conditions? read more

DO NOT GO TO SEE DR JAMES LENOTT AT FOREFRONT DERMATOLOGY ON GREENBAY! Complete nightmare from 1st meeting. scheduled 2 procedures for bumps in my ears (both). after 1st procedure i noticed he operated on a bump but did not remove it. day of 2nd procedure I'm running behind (my mistake) and I try to call the office before I arrive to ensure I can be seen. No one answers so I arrive 12 minutes late and he cannot see me. the reason no one answered the phone? they "don't take phone calls on Saturdays"??? Why?? skip to 3rd appointment and this is where it gets good. I make a joke about getting more tattoos and James replies "or you could not, but i may be bias as a dermatologist" so I ask why as a follow up, assuming his answer will be medical related. I'm not kidding this is what he says "I think bodily mutilation is wrong, It's like they're forcing 13 and 14 year olds to have gender reassignment surgeries." ummmmmm okay. regardless of your personal opinion on that matter, why would you bring that up? (to be clear drs do not recommend surgery that young, they recommended puberty blockers which are reversible ((google is free)) this isn't even the worst part. later during the procedure he's asking me about school as I am a college student. I mentioned how I took time off after high school because I had bad grades and had struggled in that time. and he said to me "is your relationship with your parents better now" ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I never mentioned my parents, and to have a doctor literally operating on me imply I have a bad relationship with my parents because of my high school experience is incredibly rude and also not true. I've been trying to contact management at the office everyday since and they don't answer my calls and when I miss one and call back immediately (again i'm in college) and nothing. this place is so unprofessional. I don't care about your personal opinions, but this is not the environment to share them. avoid at all costs!!! read more

The doctor is good and attentive. The rest of the staff leave something to be desired. If you are not going in to be beautified or if you are not one of the "beautiful" people you don't get eye contact and they treat you like you have a disease. I've never felt so ugly than the last time I left there. read more

This practice is just plain terrible with multiple issues: - they are literally off different days of the week so scheduling an appt is a nightmare. -when you do make an appt , they keep you waiting for an hour after your scheduled time -they never have enough staff to do the work so they actually cancel appts you've already made. Who does that?? Over all they probably don't even deserve once star but I didn't gave a choice. read more

I am in the healthcare industry as an RN on a very busy Cardiac Stepdown unit. I understand being busy. Don't get me wrong, the primary reason I saw Dr. Lynott was immediately diagnosed, only because it was quite a common diagnosis. He was very professional and kind. It was literally a 2 minute office visit, I was that patient that could be overlooked just to pick up pace on current appointments. I picked up on body language (by him And his medical assistant) that I shouldn't bother him, nor her, with my other dermatological questions of myself (I had 4 further questions). I was never asked by 'MD' hah, if I had any other concerns. Once again, I somewhat understand, but when personally involved, I feel slighted, especially because my concerns are real. If you don't currently have time, ok..I get it...If you want to be professional and somehow acknowledge that your office will make it up to you...you need to improve upon that. I was responsible enough to fill out the patient forms prior to my visit. In seeing these/and filling out these forms, my main question is 'why was there not a patient medical history form/reason for visit form?' I do not know how you secure "blocks of time" for each patient visit, but I would surmise that if this did exist, you could better quantify the individual time blocks needed for each patient, rather than just 'guessing' and creating a tense "I really have no time for you" environment but "please make sure you pay the thousands of dollars incurred upon you for your 2 minute office visit." read more

I had an appointment at 2:30 at the Washington Ave Forefront dermatology group. I arrived 10 minutes early as directed and I still waited in the lobby until 3:00 when they finally escorted me to an exam room. Once in the exam room I waited another 10 minutes. When I asked how long it would be until I could see a Dr, they told me I would be seeing a PA. This place was very disorganized and rude. I would give this place no stars if I could. I went in for what I assumed was a new patch of psoriasis on my skin. I went in expecting to just get a cream prescription, which is what I told the doctor. She had other plans for me however. She talked about lasers and prescriptions and things that would involve me going back routinely for appointments. NOTHING I WANTED!!!! Prior to telling me this, she had a skin biopsy done on me. Something else I didn't want. When I was told that there would be an anesthetic administered, I told the assistant I didn't want it. Something I knew I would wind up paying for out of pocket. I figured a few days of discomfort would be worth avoiding the ridiculous charges I would accrue as a result, despite my having insurance(albeit not very good). She insisted on doing it, and I told her while she was doing it that I didn't want it. Why I didn't walk out of there before the biopsy was started, I don't know. Because that's what I wanted to do. This clinic only wanted to push things that would drain my insurance and finances. And I wound up with an 1100 medical bill for one visit. The biopsy was charged for more than one time on my bill by 2 different doctors!!! Then I couldn't even get my biopsy results over the phone. It was something I had to make another appointment for!!! I do not leave this bad of a review unless it is warranted. I took a chance on going to a "chain" dermatologist and I will never make that mistake again. Had an initial visit for a small patch of irritated skin on my scalp. Went back for a follow-up appointment to report back how well the steroid cream has worked. It had worked well and I asked if I could use it on another patch of irritated skin on my neck. The NP took a look at the skin and said it would be fine to use it. This appointment might have lasted 10 minutes at the very most. I received a bill 6 months later asking for an amount that would be appropriate for a new office visit, but very high for just a follow-up. I'd been trying to reach someone who could help resolve this issue. I just received a call (mind you, it's halfway through August) telling me that the practitioner had reviewed the notes and said the visit warranted an "office visit" coding. I have no problem paying for my healthcare, but I check over my bills to make sure someone isn't pushing the wrong buttons and billing for inappropriate things. I saw an NP who prescribed me a steroid cream that in all reality, I could've gotten from a Walgreens Take Care Clinic. I will never take my services to another chain dermatologist (or any other chain healthcare organization for that matter). read more
