As someone who travels often, I really wish I had known about this place years ago. The process was fast, convenient, and they offer much better exchange rates compared to ordering through a bank or exchanging at the airport--without those high fees. The location is just off the Strip near the convention center, and there's parking available (I was told they validate as well). I called early in the morning to check on getting pesos for my upcoming trip to Mexico, and the person on the phone was very friendly. She let me know they had enough of what I needed and that I could come in whenever I was ready. I also mentioned I had some leftover Korean won, and she said they could convert it back to USD with no problem, which was a nice bonus. I took a rideshare over in the afternoon. Once inside the main building, their office is immediately on the left before the security desk, so it's easy to find. It's a small office, but the three ladies there were all very pleasant to talk to. There was little to no wait, and I was in and out quickly with everything I needed. Fast, convenient, and reliable. From now on, whenever I travel and need foreign currency, this will be my go-to spot. read more

I have to get Japanese yen and the rate not bad. it's less than 4 yen on the internet exchange rate per dollar. The people are professional counting the exchange money and friendly. My complaint is the parking $2.99 per hour and it's over the phone payment thru their QR code and credit card payment no cash payment. read more

Very friendly service! Our trip is very soon, so we took a chance and went by FME. They had pesos, and in the small denominations we need (for tips, street vendors, etc). The lady at the exchange advised us to call ahead next time to make sure they have the currency we need, and we will. Good rate of exchange. Let me just add that every time we get pesos at our bank, all they ever have are 500 pesos notes, which are hard to break! And last time, our bank passed us 2 crisp new counterfeit 500 peso notes! (We only found out, when Mexican merchants wouldn't take them.) So, getting small, well-used bills from FME is much preferred!) read more

I don't know what happened to this place. It's just miserable. They no longer validate parking. The security guard harasses you for even getting dropped off. Then the woman's attitude changes when I come up to pick up my currency that I ordered 2 days beforehand, I gave speaker the amounts, and she took down my name. I approach the front and say I'm picking up currency. When she asks 'for who?' you expect to give your name right? Then she responds with "what country? we deal with 75 countries here!!". WTF? Then ask 'which country?' How vague of a question is that? Terrible and miserable people who don't know how to communicate and ask the customer the correct question to get them on their way. I've used Foreign Money Exchange throughout the years for all my Asia trips. I need to get some Euros for Nana and they made it easy for me again.. Free Validated Parking: You have to park in the underground garage. Take your ticket to FME and they'll validate it for you to waive the charges. Currency Exchange: I checked on the interwebs on what the exchange rate was and FME offered a very similar rate. No issues at all. They had two customer service windows and both of them were active. The currency teller who helped me was very friendly. After I told her how much I needed in Euros, she calculated and then printed out a quick tape of how much it would cost in US dollars. I filled out a exchange request form, gave her my cash and she was out with the Euros shortly after. Well, that's about it. FME is friendly, quick and drama free when it comes to Foreign Exchange. If you're a traveler, this needs to be on your checklist for foreign cash. I would call ahead especially for Mexican Pesos since it's high in demand due to peak vacation season. Their rates are good and comparable to XE Currency app. I've used them for Argentinian Pesos, Thai Baht, Japanese Yen, Philippine Pesos and Korean Won. You can even exchange back to USD. I suggest you call ahead if changing more than $500. They called me before I could leave the parking area and was told that two hundred dollar bills stuck together. Come back and collect a $100 bill. I never would have known that two new bills stuck together. They run an honest business and can recommend you use them when you need to exchange money.
