The location is just off the Strip near the convention center, and there's parking available (I was told they validate as well). I called early in the morning to check on getting pesos for my upcoming trip to Mexico, and the person on the phone was very friendly. She let me know they had enough of what I needed and that I could come in whenever I was ready. I also mentioned I had some leftover Korean won, and she said they could convert it back to USD with no problem, which was a nice bonus. I took a rideshare over in the afternoon. Once inside the main building, their office is immediately on the left before the security desk, so it's easy to find. It's a small office, but the three ladies there were all very pleasant to talk to. There was little to no wait, and I was in and out quickly with everything I needed. Fast, convenient, and reliable. From now on, whenever I travel and need foreign currency, this will be my go-to spot.
