The most unprofessional and unqualified people you will ever meet! STAY FAR AWAY FROM CARMEL GUIDRY (the supposed owner.) I came in as Power of Attorney to file for divorce for my 80 year old mother. After back and forth via email (and not once do they EVER answer their phone), I chose to meet with the person that was preparing the documents as there continued to be so many mistakes! Her name was Carmel Guidry. I had already approved what the estate consisted of, which was itemized with cars, bank accounts, etc. when I met with her in person to show for the third time a typo and to once and for all get it done and take it home for signature. I did not walk out with it, but was told I would have it by the end of the day. In the meeting, she proceeded to show me some language that stated "if anything is found that is unknown, the document could be amended, stating it very generically." I liked it because I feared assets were being hidden. What did this STUPID bitch do, but erase all of the estate that had been itemized. Mind you, this is going on three weeks of back and forth. She removed EVERYTHING, including the Defendant information and debts, etc. Instead, putting this boiler plate verbiage and erasing everything that had been worked on (and by worked on- I mean me correcting ALL OF HER mistakes!) This verbiage was to be in addition to what was already known and itemized, in case more things were discovered that belonged to the estate. What kind of an imbecile would erase all of that! Someone that has NO IDEA what they are doing - that is who! At this point I was at my wits end. I circled everything that needed to be added back and even typed it up so she could cut and paste it. Additionally, I asked if she was a paralegal, as I could not imagine a qualified paralegal would do such SLOPPY work. Instead of simply adding it back in, she chose to say she could no longer help me and I could come back for a refund. Well, I was in that office in five minutes and that horrible human being had already left for the day, right after she sent me the email. Not sure if she is in kindergarten or an adult, because she apparently got her nose out of joint when I questioned if she was a paralegal. I was told she was a paralegal, but I had not seen any credentials. When I asked to work with another paralegal, they stated she was the only paralegal - MY ASS! But if so, REALLY? If you have any brains in your head, stay far, far away because they are intimidated by intelligence and making sure things are done properly, professionally and LEGALLY! As a side note, what they are doing is ILLEGAL as an attorney must always oversee a paralegal! I found this out within five minutes of calling an attorney after I left that disgusting office. I intend to take this up with the State Bar Association, the Better Business Bureau, the State of Nevada or whatever entity will SHUT THEM DOWN! Carmel Guidry, you have done this to the WRONG PERSON and I do not know how you sleep at night! I intend to be your worst nightmare! ANYONE who wants to save a few bucks, don't do it unless you want to add enormous stress to an undoubtedly bad situation that you are in! Look for my next review everywhere I can write it. If this saves even one person from going to this ill equipped, untrained and simply unprofessional company, it will be worth my time doing this! read more

Very happy with their service. Carmel handled my divorce 8 years ago, was very efficient and also understanding of the repeated attempts to get my husband to show up and sign. They didn't charge me anything extra for the long time my case took and she emailed the decree promptly once it was filed. The icing on the cake is that I last week I needed a copy of the petition, which I consider an unusual request, but that's the legal field for you. Apparantly this business is too afraid of Covid to serve their customers. They blame everything on it and it shows on their front door. A sign states due to covid, they cannot make copies, fax or notarize. What???? Really? You can't be serious. We waited outside for 15 minutes because they only allow 2 people in the store even though the store is huge with 2 entrances. They don't even follow the governor's new allowances because they simply don't want to assist you. When we finally get inside my boss and I requested a simple form . He is 76 and I am 52 and neither one of us are very computer savvy. The employees said the form can be found online. So I asked her if she has online access to which she replied she did. So I asked her to go online and hit the print button. Guess what her response was? Due to Covid, I cannot go online and hit the print button. I am 100% serious. You are horrible people! read more

Negative 5 stars if that were possible. I went in to have a form notarized. The girl at the front desk treated me as if I were stealing something. I had a Power of Attorney form to conduct my business which she reviewed, I asked for the proper forms needed. Once I completed the forms and brought them back to her to notarized...she refused to notarize them for me. Stated that the POA was 4 years old and the notary stamp expired last year. The form was notarized by them 4 years ago! That tells me that they don't even stand behind their own work! I told her that she had a nasty attitude when I walked through the door and I would take my business elsewhere. She did not say a word, she just turned her back to me. I was not rude to her. I was merely there to conduct business and she treated me like a criminal. I am not one to play the race card but this time I have to. I must say there is nothing worse than a racist Hispanic toward an African American. I went down the street to another notary, pointed out the fact that the form was 4 years old with an expired stamp. She said the POA was still valid. She notarized my document. I filed it at the County Recorder-NO Problem. I used it at Chase Bank, Wells Fargo and the Bank of the West. No one had a problem with my form. read more
