I reached out to get a survey quote for an underwriting requirement for a client as they did not have or lost their survey. I looked online and my search resulted in nothing from the county. I did an internet search and found Goodman Land Surveying. I spoke to Brittnee and John. They said a full survey may not be needed but to try using what they found online which I was unable to. From what was sent, it should work saving this client thousands of dollars. When asked what I owe them for the work, John commented "absolutely Zero, Ill have Brittnee email it over shortly". Months later he finally offered a reply to a text with an excuse that he was in Idaho without a cell phone. (???) I could not possibly recommend this surveyor for any professional services. If you want your phone calls or e-mails returned, better look at a surveyor with a more professional work ethic.
