It was bumped up against a copper wire and literally melting. He quickly repaired that, explaining as he went along. Discovered some other glitches and needed to come back a second time, in 2 days with an ordered part that he replaced. Now the heater is working correctly and that was well worth the money. I liked the office staff and their excellent communication skills. Highly recommend their service.

Kept smelling something gassy, called the gas company (3 hrs after the service), they red tagged it & turned it off. Said I could have been killed in my sleep as the exhaust was being blown thru the vents. When I called the office, the manager listened but offered no solution or reimbursement of the service call. Guess the $160 is worth more than the $3000 sale on the new furnace. So a BIG yes on the roofing dept & a BIG NO for the heating dept. from me.

We should have gotten the ducts cleaned before installing an in-duct booster fan, but we didn't think of it, so we needed the cleaners to be extra careful with their rotating brushes in that area. They came out 3-2-26. [I deleted the rest of my review, but the photos can' be deleted - they show dirt that showed up on our filter 2 months later.
