I have had several transactions with title issues that they have gone above & beyond to help me come up with a solution or if they are unable to help me and my clients, they give excellent recommendations to help guide me. If I need a quick close, or a special signing accommodations they are quick to appease. They also do a fantastic job of explaining things to my client that they may not understand. Finally, I have had multiple clients request settlement statements that they had lost or misplaced & Lewis County Title has sent it to my clients within the same day making tax time seamless. He charged $300 for the repair of a leaky skylight and $50 for the repair of a carpet tear. After dumping him for charging us other fees for work that was never authorized by us, we found out that the skylight still leaked and we had to pay another $250 to actually have it repaired and the carpet repair amounted to his applying duct tape. Add to this the fact that you will never see your rent payment until the the 25th of the month (if you are lucky) and you've got bad news all around. Don't use him to manage your properties at any cost.

The agent then accessed my home on two separate occasions with out my permission. The agent left all of my out buildings unlocked and did not share important information with my relator. I am glad I did not utilize them as a seller. I have requested that his agent will no longer be entering my house.

Months later he finally offered a reply to a text with an excuse that he was in Idaho without a cell phone. (???) I could not possibly recommend this surveyor for any professional services. If you want your phone calls or e-mails returned, better look at a surveyor with a more professional work ethic.

My experience with Foresight Surveying, Inc. out of Chehalis Washington has been anything but…read morelovely. I contacted them in September to inquire about getting my half-acre parcel surveyed. They quoted me $2,400.00 for the service, which included the cost to file with the county. I wanted them to schedule the survey to be done on a Friday as this was not a normal scenario and it involved angry neighbors. I took the day off to be there, but they did not show up or call to let me know that they were not coming that day. I called and emailed them, but got no response until the following week, when they informed me that someone was out sick, so they did not come to do the survey. That should have been my first red flag because now I have lost money from missing work, and not communicating with the client was not their concern at all. I rescheduled with them, but they could not do it on a day that I had off, so I was not there the day they had one guy come out and just look at things. He did not place posts into the ground and said it was because he could not get to the corner marker as it was on someone else's land, and he did not have permission, so they would have to come back again. The next time they came back, they were finally able to get the job done (months later). I waited another two months for them to get me a preliminary drawing. It was a long-drawn-out process with little to no communication on their end about what the issues were. In the end, we received an additional bill for $1,444 more than the original contract without any real explanation of what the 60% increase in the original contract was for. I asked several times for a breakdown of how it took 11 hours of administrative time to give me 1 figure. They never told me they went over their original budget, so I had no say in whether I wanted them to keep working on the project (at an additional fee) or stop work on the project. No addendum was written for the additional charges or time spent. In the end I paid their company a 70% increase on the original contract. This is what they considered a "normal circumstance". They have far from an acceptable work ethic and even shadier business practices. I would never, ever recommend this company. 0 stars

I have had a survey contract with this company since March/April of 2022 - it is now January 2023…read moreand the survey is still not complete. I have sent dozens of emails and called repeatedly and I can count on one hand the times they have returned any messages or given an update. The last update was the survey was supposed to be completed 10/8/22. Clearly that didn't happen and they have not responded to any requests since then. They have deposited my check last year and I still don't have a completed job.
