Although my dog's consultation report has "expired" in your email, an older email with the invoice has not expired. What a silly coincidence!! But you didn't count on me downloading it, did you?
As far as asking for another visit, that was your practice's solution to me asking why I was being charged. I was told the visit would be "completed" another daye/time. After leaving the office, we never contacted you again by phone, email or otherwise. I'm requesting you post the evidence of my reaching out for another visit via your call log or email. I have posted your consultation report which clearly states the exam was unable to be performed.
How do you look at yourself in the mirror? Just, wow.
You have now prompted me to file multiple fully encapsulating reports to multiple organizations. You should have quit while you were ahead.
Again, folks reading this can read between the lines. You are digging this practice further and further into the ground by exposing your own lies.
See attached. No one was able to handle him, I had to run out into the hall because of the commotion. Unprofessional handling of a sweet animal who sensed the evil in the room. No one ever touched or examined him. What else would you like to add, Andrea? I'm here...

Not for a second did I think this office was going to take accountability.
Nothing anyone in this office did was responsible, coherent, thought out (a used mini muzzle that didn't fit past his nose ...and which the "assistant" acknowledged would not work...) on a distressed dog for an hour!!!
Again, you had ample time to reschedule us.
Fact is, in hindsight, we are truly grateful we got out of there before staff could inflict further harm on our sweet baby.
Btw, I'd prefer you remove us from your online emailing SALES list. We never asked for them and it sure seems to contradict our ban! It simply validates the multiple accusatory comments from the vet and her staff regarding my dog's health because I don't administer monthly poisons. All of my pets live way beyond expected life spans WITHOUT the poisons you push and belittle folks like us over. It's all about the money.

I brought my 80-pound rescue dog in for a first-time seizure diagnostic workup, having explicitly communicated his trauma history and schedule constraints. We waited nearly an hour past our scheduled time. When I inquired, I was informed there was an "emergency," a claim that appears inconsistent with documented patterns of this practice's local operations. When I finally requested to reschedule due to my dog's mounting distress, the appointment was suddenly accommodated.
The clinic staff demonstrated an alarming lack of basic handling capability, attempting to force a highly stressed, large dog into a restricted corner to access a scale, which predictably triggered his defensive boundary warnings.
Rather than adapting with fear-free methods, the doctor physically grabbed the leash and roughly yanked my dog as she exited the room. During our scheduling discussion, emphasis was placed on my necessity to assist with handling due to my dog's severe rescue trauma and trust boundaries, which the clinic assured me would be permitted. However, the doctor unilaterally insisted on handling him without my assistance, entirely dismissing his documented trauma history as irrelevant.
Furthermore, the clinic had me sign a medical release form for a reversible sedative to draw essential metabolic blood work, yet they failed to successfully administer the sedation or obtain the diagnostics. The clinic subsequently blamed the patient and myself for their inability to render services.
Finally, the clinic engaged in clear billing fraud: they charged a full fee for a physical examination despite explicitly documenting in their own subsequent medical records that "no further handling or services [were] performed" and that they failed to complete essential components like an oral exam. They also fabricated clinical data by logging a "normal body weight" in the official chart, despite their staff openly admitting they were unable to weigh him due to the scale's position.
This practice prioritized standard up-selling over providing the critical medical care we requested. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking competent, compassionate, or ethically sound veterinary care.
