There was already 6 cars waiting at the gate. Such a busy place! The volunteers were all very helpful. We were able to see the dog we had in mind, but another couple had their eye on him first so we went to see the other dogs in the back. Everyone was so kind and personable. After 5-10min, the original volunteer told us the couple left and did not adopt the doggo we were looking at so we got to adopt him within the hour. All dogs are neutered/spayed, bordatella, flea treatment, heart worm tested, and given a few other vaccines. They are also microchipped. I felt the staff had genuine care for these pets and wanted the best for them. Thank you again!

However, the store clerk informed me that she did not have the $0.04 to return. Although the amount may seem small, the principle of the situation is significant. If I had not had other commitments that day, I would have considered leaving the worms at the store and requesting a full refund or even protesting for the $0.04. It may sound petty to argue over such a small amount, but I believe that if I had underpaid for the product, I would not have been allowed to complete the purchase. This experience left me feeling dissatisfied with the service I received.

While she walked down one of the isles she could hear the dog yelping and crying. She looked over to the window and they had double wrapped the dogs head in a towel. One girl was squeezing the head and mouth while another cut her nails. My grandmother ran over and started knocking on the window telling her to give her the dog back! My grandmother was so nervous and upset she grabbed the dog and left. That night the dog needed to be rushed urgently to a vet. They had broken her jaw and required emergency surgery and had all her teeth pulled. The manager had the nerve to tell my grandmother that the incident occurred at home and not at his store. He asked my grandmother where the dog uses the bathroom, maybe an animal did it to her outside or maybe someone at home abuses her. Chichi (the dog) lives a better life then most humans. She is an inside dog and no one abuses her. We have sent multiple letters to the company and they have been unresponsive. We weren't asking for anything more then they take care of the VET bill since their staff had broken our dogs jaw. The company has been unresponsive. They did however put up a sign stating they no longer take small pets. I am almost sure it is because their staff is poorly trained and abused our dog.

Isabella pees a lot and Autumn did recommend these doggy cranberry treats which I went home and ordered from Chewy. They work when we go out of town and at home. I happened to see they were having a free cat spay and neuter for strays. So I took the stray cat I've been feeding in and they took good care of him. I chose additional services and ended up paying $52 altogether for neuter, injection to take care of a wound, felv test, dewormer and rabies shot. This was partnered with the Marion County Humane society. Not a bad price at all and my cat seems very happy. They do ear tip the strays which is a little controversial but it's actually for the best - it signals people that the cat is fixed and will not contribute to the overpopulation of cats (Florida has a real problem with this) You drop your pet off in the morning around 8 and get him or her back in the afternoon around 3. Due to the current virus situation the service was basically curbside. They came to your car for forms and to take money and return pets.
