I'n not sure what magic powers Tye, the manager of the boarding facility has, but their dedication to animal care and confidence when dealing with difficult animals is remarkable. I am speechless! Tye, as well as other staff members I did not get names of, were extremely patient with my cat when he had a very difficult start while being boarded at their facility. They were so communicative and made an incredible effort to make my cat feel comfortable during his stay. He started out terrified and by the end of his stay, was cuddling the employees brave enough to enter his lair. These folks are true animal lovers - I know this because my cat can be a handful and they were kind enough to still give him a nice report card. Tye and Dr. Moser went above and beyond to keep me updated and to help reduce my cat's stress. The dedication of their team is astounding and I'm incredibly grateful to Tye and the rest of the team for turning my wildcat into a love bug and saving my vacation.

My American Cocker Spaniel, Romeo, was declining fast, so I called…read more OnPoint Veterinary Urgent Care and they told me to bring him in. We were taken in within a few minutes by staff who were extremely professional, compassionate, and gentle. They tested him and concluded the most humane thing to do was to euthanize Romeo. They gave us time in a room to say goodbye to him and were so wonderful and sympathetic. When we were ready to do the procedure, they sedated him, so he was comfortably sleeping. The doctor monitored his heartbeat and let me know when he passed. They got him ready in a biodegradable bag and a nice white cardboard casket to bury him in and brought him out to my car. They mailed me the most beautiful keepsake, a laminated print of his nose and paws, and a beautiful sympathy card with consoling comments and signatures from all the staff members. I will forever be grateful for their services. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
