They were fine to work with at first, their salesman was very responsive and helpful with working with insurance. But he left the company shortly after the insurance was approved and the contract was signed, and then it quickly became so hard to get a hold of anyone at the company. We went through 3 different project managers with them, each one worse than the last. It took months to get the roof and siding replaced, then months later I found out they weren't paying their supplier because that supplier threatened to put a lien on my house. We finally got that resolved in November and I thought I was finally done with them. But, now our brand new roof is leaking, I have water coming out of a light fixture, and water spots forming on my ceiling and getting them out here to do anything about it has proved impossible. This is supposed to be covered under their warranty their owner, Jeremiah, told me it would fall under their warranty and he'd be out in a week to take a look. That was well over a month ago at this point. Since then it's been almost impossible to get in contact with him. He doesn't answer his phone, or the company phone, and doesn't really respond to texts. When he does, it's just to say he'll be over in the next couple days, and that inevitably passes without him showing up or communicating to me in anyway. Dealing with First Edge has been nothing short of a nightmare, if you value your property being fixed properly, and a warrantied work actually meaning anything find another contractor. This one is not it.
