He has cut trees down in the front of peoples places for whatever reason he wants. He thinks by just calling something a "safety hazard", he can do it. (NONE OF THEM THAT I SAW WERE SAFETY HAZARDS. Here's the kicker is that before he cuts your trees, there is zero communication from ETME staff. Zero. One day you have your trees, next day you don't. Why would they not sent a message? Something - a text, call, email to you saying they have a problem with you trees and they will cut them down unless you do something? I truly believe Gene enjoys being nasty to people. He HURTS people and it's like F you.

Gene, the manager, has kept the park in tiptop shape and if you have any concern at all, he resolves it quickly! The landscaping in sculptured and the effect lighting is expertly place. There are streetlights spaced about 50 feet apart so it gives you a feeling of safety. The amenities include a heated pool, jacuzzi, pool table, tv's, workout room, card room, dance hall, kitchen, backgammon building, barbecues, etc. Almost everyone we have run into here is very friendly and very young at heart. So to summarize, we highly recommend this park if you are 55+!

The location of this mobile home park is ideal for those who still work (close to the 5 freeway), but perhaps it's best for those who are already retired and may not be driving any longer, or aren't comfortable driving far from home. Everything is close by, with many stores as easy walk away. The El Toro branch library is just outside of the front gates, with Ralph's Petsmart, Home Goods, Daiso, and many restaurants easy to walk to as well. The common areas - roadways, tennis courts, pool, spa, pool table room, recreation center and laundry room are all well maintained and kept sharp looking. The management requires that homeowners keep up their homes and spaces and consistently enforce the rules. It is very quiet and we feel quite secure - in 4 years, we've never had any problems. Space rent is high in this part of Orange County - it is what it is, so even though it's high, it's not any lower anywhere else around here that I know of. They will raise your rent every year, but again, this is a common practice that you will find anywhere.

When I initially received quotes from various companies I decided to go forth with ameriside as…read moretheir pricing seemed best. Unfortunately this was due to miscommunication as they thought I only wanted to replace 75% of the curb facing siding... not sure why anyone would do that but okay miscommunication happens. Installation: where it was straight shiplap across the front, turned out fine. The window was promised to have a symmetrical thin border across as I was sent photos from the James Hardy website... attached you will see instead it is geometrically cut out to avoid the flashing... could have been made thin and uniform throughout however I was told that it was not possible. Many neighbors have gone through other companies and have the same sized retrofitted window but had the siding all done in the same manner. Mine is the only one that looks like this. Even the installer said "I think it looks cool, we never see it cut like that..." but when it comes to housing clean cut and uniform works for us. I was told later, this couldn't have been known before hand until the old siding and window edges were taken down. However the installer knew it from day 1 and said so to me. I believe that whoever the sales rep is should always be forthcoming with the possibilities of outcomes and what it may look like vs showing examples from the company website yet delivering something else. When I went up on the roof to paint the fresh wood I found multiple spots that were not caulked properly or nailed down. (See attached photos). These were fixed later when they came out to install and fix the remaining portion of siding that I had to pay for as well that I thought was included in the original quote. Again pleased with most of it but a major focal point is the front window which did not come out to expectations of what was originally shown. Anyone can feel free to message me for more pics if needed.

Their cost was very competitive along with their projected time to finish. The siding team of Mike, Jose and Jerry was outstanding; we received a number of suggestions during the project which improved the overall look of the house with little to no cost increases. The paint team of Israel and Jesus was also outstanding; they were very meticulous in the prep-work and painting the surfaces with minimal impact to plants along the house. We highly recommend Ameriside for Siding and Paint.

I paid over $30,000.00 for all this work. It came with a transferrable lifetime warranty. Here it is in April of 2025 and I am selling my house. I called for a pre-inspection and it was found that the sump pump was installed incorrectly. A second inspection ordered by the buyer found the same issue. I contacted Quad and asked them to send someone out to re-install this sump pump correctly. They never called me back. I am not surprised. They will never make this right. I am attaching the inspectors' reports. UPDATE I just got a call from Harry. The email address that I send my request to was no longer in use. They had not seen it. Harry said that they will make this right. I am moving in 10 days. Stay tuned.
