The management is ineffective because the owner doesn't care what goes on. Rents are raised and services are minimal. Neighbors are allowed to make as much noise as they like at any hour. Pets are allowed to roam free and poop everywhere. Despite CC&R's, it seems from the look of things, that management doesn't require homeowners to keep up their homes. The place has become an embarrassment.

The pool sits unused, the park next door would be a nice amenity if residents had access (they don't), and the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Basic maintenance is ignored, yet the rent keeps climbing. This company is gutting the community for profit. If you're thinking about moving here, do yourself a favor, don't. You'll be stuck in a place where your rent skyrockets while the living conditions stagnate. Star Management cares only about your wallet, not your well-being.

I moved into the park in 2013 to help care for my aging mother after my dad pasted. I have been involved in the committee for events and have had many years of enjoyment here. The park is well maintained, has a very nice clubhouse, pool tables , library, a beautiful pool, green belts and doggie park. Many of the residents enjoy the various events and games such as Wii Bowling, Corn Hole, Poker, Bunco and more. Very friendly park where your neighbors watch out for each other. Great residents with an amazing club house that also has pool tables and fully stocked kitchen for events that tale place. Dog park, corn hole, bunco, wii bowling, shaded areas to read or talk with a neighbor. The management answers any questions you may have and residents are notified if the water or gas has to be shut off for maintenance or repair. We have an outstanding team of park maintenance crew to keep things going. A Senior park that is really nice compared to others I've seen. I feel safe here and as I wrote have lived here 12 years.
