The management is super friendly and always helpful, they respond fast and they are always doing something upfront for the Parkside community. Our apartment upon moving in was clean and we had no issues with bugs or any unwanted pest while living here. The amenities are always clean and taken care of as well! We loved it here and would like to give a huge shout out to the maintenance team, they have been super helpful in our stay here and are always quick to respond! This apartment has set the standard for us and made finding a new apartment so much harder, thank you Parkside Grand Team!

They provided fans to dry the floors. That's it. They didn't try to regrade the ground to divert the water, put in better drains, or literally anything else. They knew is was a problem well before I moved in, but did barely anything. Do not EVER rent a unit in the first floor of these apartment buildings. We had extremely loud upstairs neighbors (music vibrated our light fixtures). Although I was frustrated at the neighbors in general, the main issue was that the upstairs units are not carpeted in the living areas. So, everything said, played, etc. upstairs was heard downstairs. Do not EVER rent a unit on the first floor. So basically, the only good units are those on the second floor. With that being said, you will be the "pesky" neighbor upstairs, because there is literally no fool-proof way to ensure that your neighbor(s) downstairs aren't privy to your noise, regardless of your volume.

Of course there are things that are a hard adjustment from living in a home to apartment building with three small children. There is a firepit area, which is beautiful and so cozy. We love to start a fire and let the kids run around and play cornhole. The pool is outstanding. Do I think it could be alittle bigger for the amount of people housed in our community? Definitely. It's luxurious but on the small side. The common area is always tiptop shape. I go to sit in the lounge area when I need a quiet place to study. There is a dog washing station that is literally equipped with everything you need to wash and dry your puppy. Our gym is probably the lowest rated on my list... it could definitely use an update, BUT it is all useable and works so hey, I can still get a good workout in. The park on complex is tiny. I don't see many kids going, my kids don't really ask to go either. I think it should have been proportional to the complex as well. The staff? Ugh AMAZING. Literally from Shannon to our on site maintenance team, every person is so accommodating and helpful. I love I can fill out a service report for anything on my phone, send it in and within a few days he's there fixing it. Noise level is good too. I was so nervous about hearing everything above me and my children being loud for the person under me and it has been over three months here and I have MAYBE heard my top neighbor twice. So great construction in between. Apartments are only built 12 units to a building, only three floors so we are all spaced out well. My children ride their bikes and scooters around and I feel comfortable and safe with it. Gates lock at 7pm and so you have to have your card or code to get in. We have food trucks at least once a week which is sooo nice not having to cook at least one night All in all, yes I have pros and cons, but I think if you're retired or childless and just have animals- it is a perfect fit. With children? Just check over all your options first.
