They took my info and I only waited 5min before going for the ultrasound and only a couple minutes after that was done for my x-ray. The place was very bright, clean and modern. All of the technicians there were polite and professional, but I could still get a few jokes out of them. I'm hoping I don't need anymore, but I'd come back to this facility if I did!

They didn't even have a manager on duty that I could speak to. A senior staff member tried to address my issue and gave me the phone number of their head office. I am going to put in a formal complaint. But in the meantime, fellow parents/guardians: Don't bring your minor children here unless you feel comfortable leaving them in a room by themselves with a complete stranger.

The wait time wasn't bad for a walk in, and Dr. Alidina seemed very attentive and caring. I actually ended up getting bloodwork right after my appointment because they fit me in. A big reason why I also enrolled was that they have a lot of services including x-ray and ultrasound, so I thought it was very convenient that I only need to go to one place to get all my care.

Ladies behind front desk are very friendly. Male X-ray technician is amazing! Had him before. INNA, ultrasound technician, is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and eager to help. The only bad apple in the bunch is IRENE, ultrasound technician!! I've had her numerous times, always same miserable and uncaring attitude. She is alienating the customers. Needs an attitude adjustment. I emailed clinic 2 times with full info, no response!! Very disappointing that they don't take customer complaints seriously. Obviously IRENE is here for only a paycheque and doesn't seem to enjoy her job or working with the public. The nicer you are to her, the more unpleasant she becomes. Honestly!

The technician was hesitant to even let me walk my almost full term wife who was struggling to walk and needed assistance, because I'm not allowed to be in there during examination. Type of care given to my wife was also satisfactory. If you're a dad and just trying to be supportive husband, just prepare to sit in the waiting area for the entire time because it's a policy. Might as well stay in the parking lot! Nonetheless the office is very clean and bright, very well maintained.

I "shopped around" at many clinics to get a sense of the team and understand what to expect. Of all the places I went to, UELC was the most professional, transparent, up front with information, and caring. Genuinely caring. They did not chase me down with calls to sell me surgery. They let me take my time and were available to answer any questions I had. Rutmila was my ophthalmic tech. I had many check ups with her prior to the surgery to ensure my eyes were in the best health for surgery. She was very thorough and professional, but beyond that, she was incredibly kind, reassuring, and comforting. I always felt well looked after, and I look forward to my annual check ups with her now. Dr Eric Tam was my surgeon and he was fantastic. Efficient, fast, and talked to me the entire time to help me feel comfortable. I was definitely really nervous going in, but it was over in no time with minimal discomfort. The healing process was exactly as the team described to me and both Rutmila and another awesome tech, Franziska were available incase I had questions during recovery. If you're looking to do eye correction surgery, I definitely recommend UELC. You'd be in great hands!

The clinic was clean and timely with their appointments. I went in with a sore throat and they were thorough with making sure it wasn't anything severe. Overall great experience and will definitely make another appointment here again in the future.

My first time coming here for walk in appointment. This location I can walk to which is convenient…read more I just use the online system to book my appointment 1 hour in advance and then I head out to the appointment. I went on a Sat 1pm on a long weekend. Not sure if this is still less know because I got to see the doctor right at 1pm. I don't think any doctor's appointment of mine was ever that on time before. The doctor was really careful on the hygiene, he put on new disposable gloves and still used the hand sanitizer and rubbed for 20 seconds at least. I had an eye infection on the outside only. The walk in office is inside Drugsmart pharmacy which makes it convenient to buy the ointment that the doctor prescribed, but I don't think I really had a choice as the doctor just hands the prescription directly to the pharmacist. I think the ointment was actually a bit on the expensive side, but the result was good, my infection cleared up after 1 week of use. It was a proper diagnosis. This place would be hard to find if you don't live in the apartment complex there, you would have to walk up a ramp to get to it or just ask a resident there how to get to the higher level business strip.
