Their technicians are professional and they try and keep waits to a minimum. You can generally get same day appointments as well. The office is clean and they offer books, magazines and CP24 while you wait. There is a door separating the waiting room from the procedure rooms as well as the door of the procedure room itself. So double doors for extra privacy. They have a portal where you can get your results within a few days (max) and if you need a copy of images they can print it out for you in under 10 minutes. Parking in the area can be tricky but there is a large green P lot nearby. It's definitely a place I recommend!

Ladies behind front desk are very friendly. Male X-ray technician is amazing! Had him before. INNA, ultrasound technician, is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and eager to help. The only bad apple in the bunch is IRENE, ultrasound technician!! I've had her numerous times, always same miserable and uncaring attitude. She is alienating the customers. Needs an attitude adjustment. I emailed clinic 2 times with full info, no response!! Very disappointing that they don't take customer complaints seriously. Obviously IRENE is here for only a paycheque and doesn't seem to enjoy her job or working with the public. The nicer you are to her, the more unpleasant she becomes. Honestly!

It is also very empty so I would expect prompt service. The company policies get 0/5. You have to prepay for everything, scan and interpretation report(s). When you book the scan, the paperwork warns that it will take about 8 weeks for the report. When you pay they verbally tell you 12 weeks for the report, but you can pay extra to get it quicker (extortion, since you are already booked and are physically there). They mention "pay an additional amount" several times during your visit, although no one told me how much the "extra amount" was or what "quicker" actually meant. Since I am living on disability income I chose to wait, I figured I had time. After 15 weeks of no report I called and was told it will now take "at least" 20 weeks to get the report but they will look into my case. Today someone called back and said my case has another 5 weeks in the queue (this makes is at least 21 weeks). I expect in 5 weeks they will extend that time again. So basically, all the people willing to pay "extra" are knocking me down the waitlist queue. If I knew the "real" wait time I would have considered paying extra (like everyone else does, I assume) to get the reports earlier or gone somewhere else. My insurance is ending at the end of the month and I will not have my report back and no way to pay to fix whatever problem they find. WHAT A COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I understand there are not enough qualified people to read the images, but it should be first come, first served, period. If you want to provide a "pay extra" service then at least allow the regular reports to go through at a reasonable rate of time, do not just keep extending the wait time. Also, you should not charge me for the reports that you may never generate, the charge should occur when my report is ready. You have had my money for 4 months now, I am in a lot of pain and have no answers, this is ridiculous. Do not use this service unless you are ready to pay extra. Ask your dentist to refer you to a different provider, the only thing this company cares about is $$$.
