We hosted around 50 people for dinner, followed by a welcome drinks open house with about 100-125 guests. The venue was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with plenty of parking and flexibility for our setup. They even allowed us early access to decorate, which made the day much less stressful. All of the food was phenomenal as well, we had all of our guests raving about both dinner and dessert! Jennifer was our main point of contact, and she made planning easy--from selecting the menu and desserts to adjusting our guest count and décor details. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The only hiccup was with two unplanned young guests (under 10) who arrived last-minute. The staff quickly added chairs, but we were later charged ~$310 for their attendance. I didn't see this invoice and was charged to the card on file while on our honeymoon. Though the charge was small in the grand scheme, it felt a little steep considering it was buffet-style and the kids were light eaters. Still, that was a minor bump in an otherwise smooth experience. I highly recommend Trumps for any event--they offer great service, beautiful space, and delicious food.

Visited our favorite local trampoline park today! My family loves jumping here it's well…read moremaintained and provides a good hour of fun for my kiddo. Make sure you fill out the waiver ahead to save time. After, a quick safety video you're off to jump! She loves the obstacle course and the basketball run. Even at 6'5, my husband always has a blast jumping and running around too lol. The staff is friendly there is one staff member for each area and they always seem to be watching to make sure rules are followed. Non jumpers can sit in the lounge area, on benches or bleachers to see their jumpers have fun which is great! We had one of my kiddos birthday parties here and I had a whole room I was able to decorate (which I love! I'm the party queen after all!!) and the kids had an absolute blast with pizza and drinks after their jumping time definitely a fun party worth looking into! The party attendant we had was awesome he got me in ASAP to start decorating, helped with serving food/drinks and carried all gifts to the car afterwards. So nice check it out for sure!!!

We attended a 2 day conference at the UGA Center, where the staff were super helpful with the…read morephysical set-up upon arrival. The catering service was impeccable. We also caught the tail end of food week in Athens - the food at the Savannah Room was delicious, and the experience indelible. The concierge service was first rate, with young students helping with our bike rental (free) and shuttling to and from the nearby botanical garden. We decided to stay an extra night. The only minor critique, and i mean really minor, is that as they transition to cashless, they haven't changed the washer/dryer from coin op, but we undertand that this is underway. We were caught in a torrential downpour and needed to dry clothes before our flight the next day. Overall, kudos to the UGA Hospitality program for creating a friendly, professional, attentive culture among the staff here.
