Is it me, or is this just an American Apparel knock off? With super-trendy albeit low quality clothes to boot. I mean this place is super cheap and I appreciate the fact that the new store has a dedicated men's section, but sometimes the prices are so low you know beforehand that as soon as you wear something from here a couple times it's going to start to fray at the edges. For example, I bought a pair of flip-flops here last summer. And they fell apart after about two days. Plus, their sizes are inconsistent -- is a large a large here or is it equivalent to your typical size medium elsewhere? IDFK. Sometimes it's both. I'll admit I do have a few items from here that are, well, acceptably nice. But overall you feel like you're being sold a shopping experience rather than actual quality products. Maybe I'd think differently if I was a teenage girl, who -- let's face it -- F21 is targeting anyway. Grumpy guy in his 30s bot will now shut off. read more

I know 4 stars is a bit much for a F21 franchise, but if you compare it to what it was before or many of the other older locations in the US, the one at Westroads mall really proves its a up to date location and deserves a 4 just for that. There are 2 floors, and the garments are all organized and not haphazardly thrown around and back onto the rack. When I was there, the shoes, accessories, and makeup areas were clean and neat, and although I didnt interact with the salespeople, they were roaming around the store and keeping things in the right places. There is a lot of selection in this store regarding clothing and shoes and accessories. Def a place I'll return to shop. read more

I went in the fitting rooms with three things to try on, but I left without buying anything - or even trying them on. The fitting rooms were disgusting. I'm not talking a busy day's worth of unclean, I'm talking probably never cleaned properly. I wasn't about to take off my shoes in that place, much less throw my own clothes on the floor, since there is nowhere else to place them. Please clean this place up, it's disgusting. read more

I have reached a rite of passage. I am now mother to a child that shops at Forever 21. I can't say enough good things about their clearance prices. We found a few good deals. Also in August there is a time when teacher's get discounts so that rocks too. The store is like most F21s I have been in. One doesn't go here to buy clothes for longevity. I am just thankful to have escaped the clutches of Justice stores. read more

Forever 21 makes me want to puke. The clothes are so dated yet they've convinced the under 21 crowd that their stuff is fresh and new. If you want your teenager dressing like Kelly Bundy or MC Hammer it's great! But the 21 and under crowd doesn't know who they are anyway. LOL. I didn't really knew this mall had one until I saw some young hipsters skipping around with an iced coffee in one hand and a brightsemi-hot pink Forever 21 bag. Um... I did a double take. PINK!!! They are yellow in CA. I haven't been to one recently (in the last month) so maybe they have changed them up a bit. Not sure. I asked the Omaha ladies why they were pink and they said they weren't sure but new it was temporary. So I walk in and I was done in less than 7 minutes. 2 chunky necklaces and 2 tops and a pair of earrings. Already broke the earrings but comes with a decent story so I'll live. Quick, fast and easy. Love F21! Best place to find clothes that you will probably only wear once or twice if you are lucky. read more

This Forever 21 was the worst one I have ever been too. They had a very small store. Their pajama and lingerie section was a ghost town and there was maybe one of each thing. The jewelry and accessory section was barely anything...literally nothing there. I never got any help from any of the workers and they had very very limited stuff. The only things they had were lots and lots of peasant dresses in sizes small and extra small. Worst forever 21 ever. More like forever 0. Clean up your act. read more

Newly renovated, spacious, organized, everything that I would find in a forever 21 in a big city right here at Westroads mall in Omaha. I love the revamped store and that it has a men's section too, it's much easier to maneuver around and shop when there aren't clothes stuffed to the max on the racks. Before the renovation I would avoid this store at all costs because it was crowded with people and crowded with clothes. Now, shopping at forever 21 is a breeze with more space and much more organized. So why the 2 stars? It was my boyfriend's and my first time in this store since the renovation and he actually wanted to check it out, see if there was anything good and at great prices. We walked around to take a look see and when we couldn't find what we were looking for I searched around for an employee to help. The only thing that differentiates an employee from a customer is a bright yellow lanyard around their neck that says, "forever 21" on it, so look carefully cuz they can be hard to spot. When I finally spotted some employees I saw that there were three young girls in a small circle fully engaged in a conversation with each other. I've worked retail for years and one of the most consistent rules we had to follow at the different companies was that customer service is of the utmost importance, it's cool to talk etc, but be there for the customer as much as possible and provide exceptional customer service, because it is that service that keeps them coming back and bringing more people to the store or restaurant. When I approached the girls their facial expressions looked as though I was interrupting them and rather than walking me over to what I was looking for the girl just pointed in the direction of where to go and said it was by the cash registers. Perhaps I expect more from people who work in the customer service industry because it is what I would do, in any case, I don't think three employees should be completely engaged in a conversation in a small circle and give the customers the impression that their conversation is more important than...hmm...doing their job. Don't get me wrong, the girl that responded was sweet, but I think more training should be offered to provide better service to shoppers. We didn't find what we were looking for, but I do love the new layout and have high hopes for the employees of this chain. But whenever there is free shipping online, I might just shop through the comfort of my home. read more

The newly revamped F21 is something that was long overdue. I've visited it twice and found that it was 10x easier to find clothes and shop without bumping into people and getting uncomfortable. But while the store was revamped the staff remain the same. As clueless and useless as ever. If you're looking for service look elsewhere. I had a question about a shoe size and ONLY after "stalking" a girl for 15 minutes was I able to flag her down and ask if there were any other sizes. Seriously? I felt like I was some sort of animal looking for its next meal. Come on. It should not be that difficult to flag someone down. Great space, Great prices, Cute Clothes, Terrible Staff. read more

This is seriously the filthiest store that I have been into in my life. It looks like they might mop the floor at the entrance but that's it. The floor everywhere else is covered with dirt, and gunk, and trash, and...you name it. The dressing room floor is covered with hair, dirt, trash, etc. There were multiple dried wads of gum stuck in the corners in just the one dressing room that I used. The cashier counter has all sort of crap in front and dirt and spills down the front. In addition to being filtby beyond words, it is also the messiest most disorganized store I have ever been in. If I managed this store, I would be embarrassed. Truly - I've never seen anything like this. I have been in many Forever 21 stores. Surely corporate has overlooked this one. Just awful. read more

Forever 21 in the Westroads is huge! Perfect for the skinny girl who's looking for a cheap outfit for a night in or out. Girls between a size 11-18- move on. I find their clothes in the regular department too small, and their plus size way too big. I am at a loss :( I love their accessories and sometimes for find clothing that fits the chest area. If I can't find a particular accessory, I can always find it here. Since the remodeling of the store, clothing is a lot more organized and I could probably spend a couple hours going through everything in the store. They also offer kids, men, and plus-size at this location. read more

LOVE forever 21 in general, but this one frankly sucked. Such is life in Nebraska, our shopping options are pretty limited here. The forever 21 stores in Kansas City are at least 3 times the size, with so many more options in both clothing and jewelry. At the Omaha store, you can barely move through the store because it's packed with teens trying to score all the good stuff. Come on F21! Give us Nebraskans a real store! I'm already driving from Lincoln just to shop there. I'll probably stick to online ordering unless I'm shopping out of state. read more

If there were a button for 'zero' stars, I would have preferred to select that...My experience there today was awful. I know that the return policy there states no returns, and only in store exchanges. I was there to exchange a few items I had purchased prior with my receipt in hand. I had went through the store and found a few items for the exchange. I went to the register and the employee working suggest that he ring up my items and then do the exchange. I was about $20.00 over the amount of my exchange and proceeded to pay the difference. Afterwards, I realized that I paid more than I thought for the exchange and so I took a look at my receipt. Unfortunately the employee had forgot to ring in an exchange for one of the items I no longer wanted to keep. If I hadn't noticed this, I would have been completely ripped off with them not giving me the credit for the exchange. I went back immediately to the store and went on to explain what had happened. The gentlemen that was helping me was very nice, but the other employee who was assisting was NOT so much. She informed me of what their store policy is (in which I was clearly already AWARE), and yes I understood that, but it was not my fault that THEIR employee made a mistake and did not credit me for one of my items. I essentially had to pay additional for THEIR mistake. WHAT A JOKE this store is! The employee said she would get her manager, but came back and told me that the manager just said they couldn't do anything about it, and on top of that she was majorly RUDE to me. Don't purchase anything from here, even if you think you may get store credit back, they will not HONOR IT! read more
