I stopped in during a recent visit to SLTC, and was pleasantly surprised to see not only a lot of staff, but a lot of selections. I was just looking around, and ended up purchasing a sticky bra, remembering that it is good quality and sure enough a few months later it's still sticky! Overall, it is similar to the westoroads/oakview VS with a PINK and VS side and plenty of garment, body care, and make up. Definitely a great spot for gifts if you're in need. read more

A store that carries many decorative bras, but none that are super supportive. At least that's what I found at this Victorias Secret. Honestly I wouldn't know what they carry in this store because someone approached me and asked what I was looking for. When I told her, she didn't even know what "convertible" meant. Then she pointed me to a section that had these flimsy little things. And then walked away. That was it. No thanks for coming in, not even a second glance. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. If I would have found what I needed, they would have made a sale. Unfortunately that isnt going to happen. Even tho the prices are astronomical, I would have spent it to get the right item. Sorry, I just can't recommend this store, at least in this location. read more

If she committed a crime against The Pope, it'd be Victoria's Sacrilege. Very cute and excellent Victoria's Secret store in Papillion and they had quite a lot of good deals in here on the VS Pink sale, so I ended up buying Barbie quite a few pairs of leggings after consulting with her by photograph SMS to figure out which one she wanted. They were friendly and awesome and definitely one of my favorite VS stores that I've been to. read more

This VS deserves some mention because the customer service here is noteable compared to other stores in Omaha and beyond. The employees are just really nice and willing to go the extra mile for you. I was helped by different associates on different days and had great service each time. Its nice to see a chain place with good, hard workers who care about their job. read more

This location has the most helpful employees ever! I went in to get just one new bra, preferably like the ones I already have. The girl showed me where they were and got me a dressing room to try them on. She was very helpful because otherwise, I would have been walking around in circles trying to figure out which kind I wanted to get. Instead of taking forever, it only took 15 minutes total time being in the store. The person who rang me up was also very friendly. It made me very comfortable to be spending A LOT of money in one place because they were helpful, friendly, and I walked out with exactly what I needed. read more

Hello,  I would like to start off quoting your mission statement.  The mission statement for Victoria's secret retail chain is committed to building a family of the world's best fashion brands offering captivating customer experiences that drive long-term loyalty and deliver sustainedgrowth for our shareholders. I was in one of your stores on Friday, December 14th, 2018 located in Papillion, Ne at Shadow lake towne center. I was greeted once I entered which was great. I was looking for my daughter initially. The worker asked if I wanted to hear about the sales, I let her give me the deals and she explained what was on sale.  I grabbed a couple shirts off the sale table. When I went to ring up another worker told me the shirts I picked were not on sale.  So, I went back and asked the floor associate of she can show me the shirts again and she did. I preceded to the register again to ring up and two of the shirts didn't ring up the correct price. By this time I'm very upset. The cashier verified with the floor associate and the prices were eventually adjusted. I was about $7 away from the $85 I needed to get the free blanket, so I went and got some body wash and lotion. I got my total and tried to use my $20 rewards card however, I forgot it. I requested a manager and received the assistant store manager as this is what she referred to because she REFUSED, yep refused to give me her first name. Now according to the mission statement captivating customer experiences! Well this is where things went south.  The assistant store manger antagonized me, instead of listening to by problem she told me she wasn't getting fired for me. She made me feel like my money meant nothing to her and that she was better than me. I will never shop at this location again. Furthermore, I may never spend my money at any of your establishments. I know my little money may not mean much but I feel that store manager needs more training to descalate problems not make them worse as she did on friday. P.S. on another note I believe the cashier Rene should be the assistant store manager as she kept her cool throughout the whole situation. read more

This store deserves a 10 star review instead of 5. This is the only place I go to make bra and pantie purchases. The girls are very helpful with any questions you have. Victoria secret also carries cute clothes, swim wear and wonderful beauty products. read more

If you are looking to get properly fitted for a bra, come here. Naya (spelling?), the bra specialist at this store, is wonderful. I've been to bra specialist's all over the United States and she is by far the most knowledgable about boobs and bras and finding the perfect fit. She is also super fun and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. read more

Worst customer service! Need to get some adults working there! Locks the doors well before closing time and then tells everybody it's 6:00pm and it's time to leave. read more
