This is a huge store that spreads over two floors. We found lots of good inventory here. Most styles had all the sizes. There was 40% or more discounts storewide for Black Friday. Prices were amazing because of the sale, we got a fur coat, a jacket and a top all for less than $100, that also came with a free Christmas bag. Associates keep the store tidy. No long lines at fitting room. One associate helped us a lot with finding certain style items and sizes. Checkout was fast and easy. read more

I really like this store! Multiple floors and lots of clothes and accessories to offer. It's super organized and there's plenty of staff walking around the floor offering to help. There are never lines at the registers because they are properly staffed. I just wish they had more options for curvier figures in store read more

Went here yesterday (4/23/23) with my mom. We were at the mall to purchase some dresses for an upcoming wedding that we are attending. I came in here because I like their clothes, and often shop online, but like to shop in store if i can because if anything i can try on stuff without having to worry about returns. We entered through the 2nd floor level, and the store was very organized. They actually had a lot of shoes, and looked at some bags that would go great with my new dress i brought. Overall didn't buy anything, and didn't even think of looking upstairs to browse more items, but that's okay. If you are purchasing something, i highly suggest signing up for their credit card where you can earn points, and at certain point milestones, one can recieve free shipping, $5.00 off, and free items because you are a rewards member. Also to boot, this past weekend was 21% off your entire purchase in honor of forever 21's birthday! Sign up for the card and take advantage of sales going on too! Honestly I'm really mad at forever 21. It's 2020. Why does your plus size section look so sad???? Seriously SAD. The store is beautiful EXCEPT the plus size section. No style ideas, little to no organization, NO INSPIRATION. Extremely discouraging. What's up corporate??? I blame y'all more than the store itself. It starts at the top! Best if you have time to sift through since sizing is not standard- likely different manufacturers making the clothes and slapping the F21 label on them. Try everything on or deal with the angsty return policy. I'd selected a couple of handbags, some fun lingerie, a sweater, a pair of boots with raised spikes, a necklace and bracelet. I added a second bracelet in a similar style from the same accessory basket but the tag was missing so I asked the cashier what the cost would be. She told me the cost would be the same as the first bracelet. Then she told me that she'd have to charge me a higher price since she would need to scan from among the remaining bracelets in the basket which were all at a higher amount. Really? I suggested to scan the tag from the first bracelet which was the same price she quoted to me. She did so and bagged my purchases haphazardly. I didn't realize to what extent until I got the bag home and saw she had tossed everything in together without packaging the accessories in a separate bag or with paper, the necklace entwined in the shoulder straps of the lingerie, the spikes on the boots having raked against the flat leather of the handbags and snagged pulls in the sweater. Clearly there is a noticeable difference between sales managers vs. sales assistants on duty - the former greeting all with jarringly bright fake enthusiasm, the latter without exchange of social niceties, near monosyllabic, and apparently more than a little dense. read more

Okay so I was recruited on a mission by a trusted girlfriend who needed a first date outfit but did not have enough time to leave work, battle traffic, shop for an outfit, and then go home and to ready for this first date. My mission, which I chose to accept, was to compose a crazy sexy cool ensemble that looked effortless as opposed to contrived ::: trying too hard::: I had 2 hours... I enlisted this really sweet young man and another lovely young woman and we collaboratively scoured the store! Without them that first date could not have been possible! These two looked up SKU numbers, provided alternatives and really helped me secure that MVP status among the girlfriend hall of fame of 2014. I was sincerely impressed and indebted to these two. The only citations I make regarding this location (1) there was only one fitting room open on the first floor... It's tiresome to schlep between floors to go to the fitting room (2) registers were also only available on the first floor. Long lines... My wife and kids love to go in the store every time we hit the mall. This one is a lot cleaner than the one we usually go to and Willowbrook mall in Wayne. That one is a mess all the time! They're really seem to be a good deals here if you look around and there's a lot of space in the store not as crowded as other stores with merchandise jammed in everywhere. the store wasn't crowded when we went Sunday afternoon I don't know if that's a reflection of all the other times but a lot of the other stores were more crowded. read more

I had items from the clearance section and I was supposed to get 80% off on one item and I told if she could do it since the item had a broken zipper and she gave me an attitude and a nasty look then proceeded to ignore me. I decided I didn't want 2 items and asked her kindly if she can remove them and she took the items with a nasty ass attitude and threw them behind her! Forever 21-West Nyack location: To the managers and STAFF , i know this is a huge area 2 floors that's why there's lots of you on the counter at the same time and when i asked 2 different managers for a specific item . Two of them have different answers one manager said they carry the merchandise and send me to the 2nd floor, 2nd manager told me the merchandise was unavailable and that the item might be new and not out yet. I was a previous manager and I certainly don't operate like this AT ALL. Some of the staff chit chats and its a lot of disorganization and i know its a cheap retail store that doesn't offer a REFUND POLICY, EVERYTHING YOU PURCHASE when you return is automatically exchange or store credit with a receipt.. the least we can get is some type of AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE if there's any.. RETAIL is all about repeat customers this is what some businesses hang on too and in a couple of years once they lose that customer they go somewhere else. STEP IT UP A LITTLE.. read more

Really just blown away with how rude and unhelpful the staff is here. It's really just astonishing at how disrespectful a lot of the employees are here. I don't understand why a store would hire such a large amount of people who glare at customers when asked for help or to open a fitting room, don't greet shoppers, gossip loudly and constantly, and have zero skills in customer service. The clothes are ok. It's mostly a mess but that's just due to the nature of fast fashion shops. A lot of the accessories and makeup items are broken or have pieces missing, most likely stolen from them. The store itself is a staple mall shop but disastrous indeed. I can live with clothes being strewn about here and there but not being shouted at at the register or being stared down when looking through clothes. Just so you know, I did put back the items I did not purchase and did so without the attitude. I don't understand why the people who work here seem so angry. Staff is rude and extremely uncaring and unprofessional. I stood at a cash register for 5 minutes while multiple staff walked by watching me as if I was crazy, then 2 of the men began talking about how I was waiting to pay and proceeded to do nothing. As a manager of a Medical center i know it can be stressful at times but that does not condone poor customer service especially if you are a manager. I was waiting in line to check out . I was patient since there was only one register open and just 2 ppl behind me as the girl called me. A girl that was counting money I believe she was a manager named Nicole approach me with a horrible attitude not even the girl that rang me up so sweet she had to apologize for her NOT acceptable not only does she lack in customer service she treated the staff unfairly giving them an attitude. When I told her about her service she laughed ,very immature. Nicole needs customer service training. read more
