Second floor mostly has women's apparels and a huge backstage section for items on big discounts. Third floor kid's apparels, toys and home products. I found the store well lit, clean and organized. Found few tops for my daughter in the backstage kid's section of backstage. Prices were excellent, under $20 for each. We also found couple of pairs of shoes in the women's clearance section. Both pairs had over 65% discount as they were on final sale. The staff members were friendly throughout the store. They assisted with finding the size of the shoes, did quick checkout and packed all items in paper bags. Overall it had a really nice shopping experience at this store.

Except, with the predicted Saturday-into-Sunday snowstorm, we were on the clock. Forget about the Macy's in Yorktown Hgts- that place is downright depressing with no furniture dept. This Macy's, on the farthest side of the Palisades Mall is a breath of fresh air. To add, there's a huge furniture dept on the 3rd floor. We were happy. Whether you need a new statement sofa, sectional, dining table, bed frame or something small to finish your room, this location has all the pieces. Every floor in Macy's was swarming with people and clothing racks were neat AND filled. Our guy Andrew was exceptional. He didn't nag and didn't stalk us. He went above and beyond and exuded great, old-fashioned customer service from helpfulness to language to knowledge- the dude was just high-level. The atmosphere is relaxed, he took care of pricing and we left with a smile.

The Package was lost; Apparently, the FedEx delivery person just left it by the wayside and didn't bother to deliver it to my door based on the so-called "proof of delivery" image express sent to me. Even though I tried to explain it to the express rep that the FedEx delivery person did the same with my last express order whereby it was left by the sidewalk but luckily I found it before it could have been stolen by a passerby, she kept repeating to me that I had to rather reach out to FedEx to file a claim and that she couldn't help me! With a great disappointment and hesitation, I ended up reaching out to FedEx to file the claim even though the burden shouldn't be on me, a loyal customer of express for over 20 years who has spent thousands of dollars with the company over the years to go chase after FedEx for a lost package, especially due to the delivery person's negligence!! After I filed the claim, FedEx told me that they have determined that the package was indeed lost however, I have to contact the "sender," aka Express (the same Express who told me I had to file a claim with FedEx) and FedEx said they are going to close the case! Basically, neither Express nor FedEx is willing to help resolve the issue and I'm being tossed around; each one is basically passing the blame and the issue on to the other! At this point, I am beyond frustrated as I am out of the package, my money and I have wasted hours of my time trying to resolve the issue! As it stands, I will be closing me express credit card and I will not be shopping with express again even after many years of loyalty and thousands of my money spent with them!Express, you lost a long-time very loyal customer who spends lots of money with you!

One employee greeted me as I came in, which is rare with the Foot Locker/Foot Action locations. The selection and prices for their selections is what it is. If you frequent this brand, you know what to expect on both fronts. It was busy, but things looked organized and neat. Not too much else to review since I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
