I recently have been searching for SOPs for my business and I found what I thought was a very awesome tool to assist with writing our SOPs which as a business owner is a very daunting task, to say the least. Plus the price couldn't be beaten! It shows on the website $97 per month and then a professional plan which is normally $97 but appeared to be on special for $47 per month if you subscribed for 6 months with a bonus of 3 months free with 6 month subscription, which I was excited for since all the reviews I read were pretty good mostly based on the digital marketing courses offered by Clickminded! Either way, I submitted an inquiry through the website to clarify a few things and was responded to very quickly by who I later found out to be the owner. He explained the pricing structure stating that we could get it for $47 per month or 3 months free and told me if I had any further questions to let him know! I responded letting them know that what is showing on the website is very misleading from a customer standpoint and that I was simply trying to clarify so I could make my decision to purchase the service. At this point, I had every intention on purchasing because regardless of the pricing it would be worth it just to save the time of writing out these SOPs. The response I received from the owner literally blew me away! My original email- Hello I am interested in SOP Library and I wanted to subscribe for 6 months only and when in payment screen its telling me the total is $282 and I was wondering why it shows that amount if it's $47 per month with 3 months free I calculated $141.00 for the 3 months. Please let me know so I can move forward with my purchase! Owners Response to the original email- The SOP Library is $97 a month, not $47. When you enroll for 6 months, you get it at $47 a month (or 3 months free - you can look at it either way). That means it's $282 for 6 months. Does that make sense? Let me know if you have any other questions! My response Ok so if I sign up for one month can I use the service, download what I need and cancel it before the month is up if I don't need it anymore? I don't see myself using this service more than a month I just thought I could use it for 6 months since it was at a lower price and see if any other SOPs came available during that time. The website doesn't say $47 month OR 3 months free it says bonus 3 months free $47 month with $97 month marked out so it's very misleading. Response from owner I wouldn't characterize that as "very misleading", but I've gone ahead and removed it from the sales page, just so it's super clear. It doesn't sound like the SOP library is a good fit for you, but thank you and good luck! I was then blocked from the website and not able to complete my purchase. At no time was I rude or deserved to be treated in this manner. So I responded back in shock! My response Wow, I'm super disappointed in your response. I'm simply stating from a customer standpoint it was misleading. And why is it you feel I won't be a good fit? I'm simply asking questions so I am well informed before I make a purchase and now I see I've been banned from your site. How unprofessional. This is a service I could really use. And now I can't apparently. How unprofessional as a company your response to my inquiries and you ban me from your site. Super disappointed! I felt the need to write this review though normally I just blow off rude or unprofessional encounters however this was unlike anything I have ever experienced and I felt that others should know the level of customer service you can expect with the Clickminded owner. And they're near everything in addition to the oils and vinegars. Half the store has the oils, vinegars, various salts, and sauces of every kind, the other half is a cheese shop along with hard-to-find condiments to complement the cheeses. Verdello also has cooking classes for both adults and kids, with small class sizes and comes with the recipes to take home. In looking at the upcoming schedule, many of the classes fill quickly, so it's best not to wait if something catches your eye. With all the good here (4+ stars), I struggled to justify even a three-star rating based on the service. Maybe because it was early, maybe because it was a weekend, but when I asked for assistance in getting some product, the barely concealed resentment was palpable: from the eye-rolling to the deep sighs, to the terse sentences. At the usual questions during checkout, be assured that when I said I likely wouldn't be coming back, it wasn't because I'm not from the area. Customer service must be foreign concept here. That's too bad, because I otherwise liked this place.

The deserts sounded so good we got three to share. I had a question about the crust on the key lime pie and it was cool to talk to the young woman that made it and the rest of the deserts.
