We just purchased a home, and thought it was ready to be moved in to. Unfortunately the previous owner had dogs and we could not get the urine smell out of the carpet. Connie came out the following day to take a look. She was able to schedule us in for the following day! We had gotten 3 quotes, and hers was the biggest bang for the buck! Besides tearing out the old and laying the new, they also put down a coat of Kilz on all of the exposed concrete to seal out any urine smell that may have permeated the concrete. NO EXTRA CHARGE! I hired Nichole install carpet,Tile, laminated flooring, and showers for couple homes of mine. She bid the project timely and supplied a well detailed written bid with scope of work including all materials and labor. (Others didnt they only wanted text me labor bid and I had to go get the materials) She spent great deal of time with the selections, and colors making job look great! She made multiple trips meeting me at house's after hours and weekends. After the installation was complete we needed some trim installed to finish the gap. Floors look good but they left red and black sharpie marks where they were measuring. I found a little partial 'x' in several places up against the baseboards. I was able to scrub them off but it was a tedious process. Also they kept the doors open with my AC running so I had to pay for it to be repaired. When I mentioned this in another review they made up a story in their reply. I had another complaint in that review but that one was my fault for not reading the contract correctly. read more

terrible company. They offered me a discount if I gave them a good review which I did but when it came to install the carpet, they didn't show up two times in a row and didn't even notify me. During installation they scratched multiple walls. the walls were just painted and I took pictures of before and after and now they said it is part of the contract that they can scratch walls and not be held accountable for it. read more

So a little over a year ago I had granite-installed in kitchen, there is a year warranty on the install etc. so before the year I called that was 3-4 months ago I noticed it had been cracked and repaired at the front and back of sink cut out and on one corner, I contacted to have repaired correctly with correct color NOT replaced and it is still not fixed, just keep getting the run around and no urgency at all. It may be cheaper but in the long run I would had rather paid more as I also took the sink to the granite cutters so they could cut at shop and they cut it in my drive, cracked then repaired without my knowledge. no problem taking my money and squeezing me in for install that was in February, in July I noticed my carpet was coming up I called to get it taken care of. And every time I called I talk to my same rep and he said he would get back to me that he would call the guy to fix it I've called several times this is always the answer. I needed to redo the floors in my house. I setup a couple different appointments for estimates. Empire came out first, the guy was a pushy salesman and wasn't happy when I told him I was getting more than one quote and wasn't signing up that day. He made sure to tell me I would lose a $2500 discount if I didn't do it that day. His quote was a ridiculous $15,000 with a $2500 discount for signing that day, and $2500 for doing a weekday install instead of weekend. Of course he had to "check with his manager" online to make sure it was approved. Needless to say I didn't go with him. I had Home depot come out and they seemed fair, but I got a third estimate from Forever Floors, and that's who I went with. I set things up with Nichole and was able to set the appointment up online which is important for me. She came out and measured everything and discussed a few different options. The price was very reasonable, the best of the three. We set up a time for me to go to their store to pick out what color and material I wanted. She was very helpful in making suggestions and not being pushy. She didn't try to sell me on the most expensive product. I decided to get luxury vinyl planks in the living room, hallways, kitchen and bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. We set it up for the hard floors to be put in the next week. The crew came out and was very professional and the foreman communicated a few issues with me. It took them a couple of days to finish. When they were done it looked great. One suggestion Nichole made was to get 5 inch baseboards all over and I did and the difference is huge. It really pops! The carpet crew showed up the next week and were just as professional. They did a great job as well. I am really pleased with the outcome, I couldn't have imagined it looking as good as it does. Now with that out of the way, I am going to get my counter tops replaced. I had visited several floor companies around the Rockwall/Garland areas. When I walked into Forever Floors right away I was greeted by Nicole and noticed their nice selection of flooring. She was warm and very easy to talk to, like chatting with a good friend. If I was to give them a grade it would be 90, the floors look good, the negative is there is so much dust I had to clean up ,it took me two days of sweeping and vacuuming to get the floors clean. Nichole did not return my calls and they showed up the last day with out calling first after asking them to call before showing up. I was told by nichole my choice of floor was popular three years ago but she is not selling that type now. The price was good and they removed my baseboards and put them back with no issues. Forever Floors was recommended by a friend when we wanted to change out floors in our new house. After a visit to the store, Nicole came out to help us pick out the wood and tile. The workers removed old carpet, laminate and tile and then leveled the floors. They did a great job laying the flooring and making smooth transitions where the wood floor met the wood looking tile. It was a big job and took them about a week of constant work. I love my new floors and appreciate Nicole's guidance. I just wish that they had not been so wasteful with the wood flooring--they pulled a number of the shorter pieces instead of working them into the pattern. read more
