Remodeling a guest bath, contractor recommended this place over in Mesquite. Was in and made purchases 3 times in the course of a month and was pleasantly surprised each time. Employees in the store were a bit hard to find (no one want to work anymore) but when we did have questions everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable, willing to go dig around in whse to find stuff. We had a terrible experience with this company. They cut corners and we ended up with more problems after their work. There were at least 5 aesthetic things they did incorrectly, but they took so long to complete the job that I just wanted them out of my house. About 3 weeks later, all of the issues started coming to light. We called about the post-completion issues, and were told to "call licensed professionals about it." Which was interesting, because we were under the impression we had hired licensed professionals when we hired them to do the work. Buyer beware. read more

I had Luxury Vinyl Flooring installed and have been unable to get Shawn to keep his word about making some corrections. A gap in the Flooring in front of the toilet, the base board cut too long and the bathroom vanity does not butt against the wall, and a mark (maybe a scratch) where the fridge was moved where putting things back together. I promptly paid and Shawn, the Frisco store manager, continues to promise to come by and make these few quick fixes but never follows through. I've emailed the owner, Sharif Asad, and got no response. What's more frustrating is the fact that I got their information from the KRLD Consumer Team. I have even reached out to them to no avail. The Flooring was installed in my mom's house, after she was taken advantage of by another contractor who took ALL her money and did only half the work. I paid to have the flooring redone since the loose laminate flooring was unsafe for my 76 year old mother. read more

Very poor after the sale service. I always expect a couple of issues when installing wood floors. The first one was resolved. The second issue was not. Simple fix on a 30" transition from wood to tile. Floors 4 Less sent a tech out who wanted to CAULK the transition. It needed to be sanded and re-stained. Salesperson and company are now ghosting me. I've called and texted numerous times with the promise of "i'm with a customer and will call you back." Doesn't happen. I believe I'd find a different floor company if i were you. read more

Was pleased with their service few years ago, went with them again last month and received exceptional service again at a great price. Guy was very friendly to work with in the beginning who visited the house for measurements. Carlos and his two buddies did an excellent job installing solid wood and engineered wood floors in the house. They kept me informed throughout the process. I asked them to use a specific poly on the solid wood and they were able to do it, which was a big favor to me. At the end of the job the owner called me to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job rather than just focusing on the profits and moving on to their next client. read more

After looking at carpet in big box stores we found Floors 4 Less. We went there and ended up buying my wife's first choice, a mixed dark wood look lam anent flooring. It's beautiful and just as nice was the price and it included installation. Just as important, from the day we signed the P. O., the visit to measure our family room to a finished installation was only about a weeks time. It sure makes our family room look bigger and so much nicer then that 12 year old oatmeal colored piled carpet. The 2 dogs can't get use to their slipping around. Floors4Less were great for closing the sale and the installation guys were great but after care for flooring problems is something they don't seem to care about. 9 months after install the flooring started cracking and it took 6 mos. to get someone out here then a full year passed with nothing. Finally a sales person and a flooring rep came out, after I got ugly with them, and that's been over 3 mos ago and still nothing but empty promise. Get your flooring needs done elsewhere or pray you never need after install care! I hate to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous and I wouldn't do it again!!! read more

We just had the floors in our entire downstairs (minus one bathroom and laundry room) redone by Floor for Less and couldn't be more pleased. Their crew was extremely hard working and very nice to deal with. They did a fantastic job on our baseboards as well. We met with Eyhab and Al initially (who are awesome) and they explained the process and handled the contract piece, then their team dealt with us for the most part there on out. I know that bothers some, but it was fine, the crew was great. I work from home and they were very accommodating with me with times, days,etc. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves to the point where if you looked in my house and front yard you could never tell it was a disaster the week before ;) I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new floors!! read more

Floors 4 Less in Rockwall just happened to be the first store I visited when I started shopping for wood flooring. Being the shopper I am, I went to 8 other stores and got 3 in-home quotes. Well, I wish I had just save all that time and energy just went with them on day 1! Floors 4 Less was the best priced by far, and they included a lot of services that were additional fees with other companies. Eyhab was very patient with me in answering all my questions. He even encouraged me to shop around! That's how confident he is in his business! The fact that his company is part of the Good Contractor's List was just icing on the cake. This warrants their work with a $10,000 guarantee. I was replacing carpet in my house with engineered wood floors. The 3 man crew showed up moved all of my heavy furniture out of the way, ripped up the carpet, hauled it away, and installed about 1,000 sqft of wood flooring over the course of just 2 days! My floors look great, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Floors 4 Less! read more
