I am shocked at the previous review. Forever Flowers handled my daughter's wedding in the spring of '09. The young lady at the store was so helpful and spent over an hour with my daughter. She made suggestions as to which flowers would be in season and also which flowers would hold up the best for an outside wedding. They were helpful when we needed to add additional corsages and mens flowers the week before also. On the day of the wedding, the florist met my sister (the director) hours before the wedding to set up. The corsages and men's flowers were beautiful and they had labels on all of them as to whom they were for. This made an impact on my sister who had to pin everyone. The bouquet for my daughter was white hydrangeas, white roses and calla lilies. It was exquisite and more beautiful than we could have asked for. The bouquet was hand held. It had been placed in a vase of water to keep it fresh until the ceremony. There were 3 bridemaids with a dozen pink roses each with little pink flowers mixed in. They were also hand held in water. There was only one arrangement of flowers at the front since we had the wedding outside. It was a very large basket arrangement filled with white and pink flowers. All of the flowers we received were fresh. None of our flowers looked wilting like the previous post and our wedding was outside in May. We were very pleased and overwhelmed at the time they spent making our day special. We would recommend them to others. read more

Order was placed for a delivery of DAHLIA's for August 6th. 5pm rolled around and they still hadn't been delivered. Delivery showed up close to 6pm. They delivered an arrangement of chrysanthemums, daisies, statice, and 1 rose. What a RIPOFF! The arrangement that was ordered and paid for was substantially more expensive than what was delivered. I called and left a message August 6th and August 7th. Forever Flowers never returned the call. Do NOT do business with this shop. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

I'm not sure how they got 3 stars. Received a Mothers Day arrangement, 4 days late. The delivery date on the card said 5/7/22 but received on 5/10/22 and it looked like it had been sitting for that time or they ran out of flowers and threw together what was leftover. The whole arrangement looked disproportionate in style and color. Didn't have the heart to tell my son but would like to warn anyone else wanting to send flowers to someone they love. Honestly it looked like a child who hasn't quite learned shape or color put it together. Be warned, call Clemons in Greensboro, they are absolutely amazing and I have never bought or received anything from them that wasn't stellar! read more

The flowers, wilted with dirty water, were delivered five hours late. I would have been ashamed to have delivered these to anybody! They were for my 88 year old mother's birthday. The only reason I used this service was I was late deciding exactly what to give her. Next time I'll call Roxie's in Burlington (BTW they do BEAUTIFUL flower arrangements or go to Harris Teeter in a pinch) I will never, ever use this service again and have asked the corporate office to remove this so called florist from their service. 'Forever Flowers' or 'Never Flowers'? ... We ordered flowers to be delivered on Thanksgiving to a family member in the hospital. We received an email confirming the order but the flowers were never delivered. After several phone calls and emails, we finally reached someone at the store the following Monday who said that the owner or manager would call us back. We never received a phone call. Needless to say, we're disputing the charge on our credit card. I wish I'd read more of their reviews before I ordered from them! read more

My husband got me flowers and a balloon for me. The flowers were beautiful. I never got the balloon. My husband called them and they said it would be delivered the next day which was Saturday August 15th,2020 still , No balloon. So we have called, left messages and nothing. I don't believe this is how they want to conduct business. At least I hope not. read more

These folks should not be in business. They have a history of not delivering, and being unreachable, including my Valentine day order. There are plenty of other florists to use. read more

My family used to be regular customers of this shop, but things have changed. They create lovely arrangements, but recently it has become difficult to get in touch with anyone who works there. Phone calls aren't answered, voice messages aren't returned, and getting someone at the shop during "regular business hours" is hit-or-miss because it may be temporarily closed for deliveries. I talked to my mother a few days ago, and she had the same complaints. I hate the idea of looking for a different florist, but it looks like I will have to. read more

Ordered flowers for a Friday delivery at Elon for my daughters birthday. They arrived on Sunday after I called and left a message. They got the order wrong and didn't include the balloons I requested and paid for. Never called me back. I don't recommend these people. read more

I ordered 3 corsages and 2 Boutonnieres for our Pastoral installation service in January 2018 and was very pleased with the beautiful roses and purple ribbon that coordinated with our colors very well. They were able to take my last minute order and it was ready when I went to pick up. Very nice customer service and I will be back for Prom 2018 read more

Received a Mother's Day basket that appeared to have been intended for Memorial Day - red white and blue with a few pink flowers added in. The basket was clearly too big for the amount of flowers and looked very sparse. Would not use this florist again. read more

I was shocked to open the delivered box of flowers at my daughters wedding. The bride's bouquet was horribly wilted and the roses were bruised and tattered with brown tips. The bouquet was one of wrapped stems of pink roses and a white hydrangea delivered in a glass vase with water, the water in the vase had quite a brown hue to it. Six bridesmaids over the arm sprays were very warm to the touch wilted and had broken stems. I was the one to open the box and handle the sorry looking flowers and I did so with great care as I hoped that we wouldn't have to scotch tape stems together just to get them down the aisle. I have many witnesses to attest to the fact that the flowers were promptly opened and the church was nice and cool. If the flowers came damaged to forever flowers from their supplier why didn't they run to another store or florist and get the pink roses to provide a quality product to the wedding? We ordered the flowers months before the wedding in good faith expecting, at least, fresh flowers. How could forever flowers put their name on such a poor product? I've seen better flowers at Food Lion and Sams even Aldi's had better looking flowers than what were delivered to the wedding. I have to say the mothers and grandmothers, sweetheart pink roses, as well as the groomsmen's flowers, white roses, were fresh and looked good. This causes me to think that it was not in the delivery that the flowers were damaged but inferior or old flowers were used as only the pink roses and the white filler in the maids' flowers were damaged to even the most novice of on lookers. Lose rose petals we ordered and planned to scatter on the tables at the reception did not arrive at all. Unfortunately we opted to use flowers as the cake topper and those were also in a stressed and wilted state. You can't just do over a wedding or the pictures with many out of town guests. We have pictures to prove the condition of the flowers and I must say that I'm appalled at the mess we received from Forever Flowers. read more
