The vet uses Pet Cremation Services, and they called us a few days later to deliver our girl. Before we've had to go to the vet to pick up the ashes, which I don't mind, but the delivery was a nice touch. The gentleman worked with our schedule, and was pleasant. WTF! my fiancé was pissed and went off I started crying! My fiancé asked her why did she shake the box! She said she was sorry! And proceeded to tell us he isn't a pocket size so it'll be $107! I said ok she filled out the paperwork for us we paid and I asked her for his blanket out of the box that he was laying on she said yes and gave me the blanket. I paid and she said it will be 3-5 business days! There was no compassion or empathy! I usually go to Schoedinger pet department but they didn't answer and I don't want to take him home until the morning! We wanted to go off but we had been through enough today! Let's hope and pray my baby is ok and no other issues arise!
