They just want your credit card and don't want to provide you any info on how much and when they are charging. I tried to give them a chance to make things better and they failed horribly. They put a monitoring device without telling me there was a charge then started charging me without even giving me access to it. I could not be any more patient with them but they just don't care about customer service. Tried even gave the manager chance to apologize and make things right. Surprise they just wanted to blame me because I was unhappy with their past performance and communication. They just want access to your property without any notice.

Martinez, this person is one of the most despicable persons ive ever encountered. I decided that ill tolerate her crap because the technicians were professional. Then we had a major breakdown of our forklifts, and this persons unprofessionalism exploded. she gave me a quote which in hindsight tells me they never examined the machine just gave me a quote for 8000, said it would take 8 weeks. at 6 weeks after telling me that the quote was to overhaul the engine, and now i need to buy a new shaft as that wasnt quoted in the original quote, know i was being ripped off, and she had the forklift i was in a tough spot. bottom line that added almost 2000 to the original quote. called to discuss this and was told how much other work was done on my forklift and basically i should be thankful. once again after almost two months i still have not had the use of my forklift. finally the forklift was fixed and delivered to my ship. as soon as one of my crewmembers started the forklift it was leaking oil and the braked wouldnt work. i messaged her This was Thursday 13th March 2025. she couldnt care less and pushed responsibility for this on some person in the heavens, but it was not their fault, but she would pick up the forklift and see what was the issue. today is wendsday and they have not picked up the forklift. if you need a forklift repair in Fort Lauderdale i suggest you go to Worldwide they may be a little more expensive but they are very customer friendly and try to get you your forklift in a reasonable time and follow up with you. this is the nonsense this person gets away with in speaking with the customers of this business.
