I shopped there for years, never again! I pulled into there fueling station at 4:45, their guy just finished filling a tank, the fill hose was laying on the ground.and watched him walk inside. I took my empty to the fill area, walked inside and was shouted at by the woman clerk that "We're closed ". I walked outside. Put my empty tank back in my trunk, thought about it, looked at my phone, 4:48 is not 5:00. What ever happened to Customer Serbice. i found out Walmart sells it in the GardeyCenter. I had been going to a small independent shop to get my propane filled. The owner was very friendly and helpful every time I went in. Apparantly he was bought out and the new owner was in the midst of remodeling. They had another location that was further away from me. I went there for my propane, he would not honor price posted on first locations door that said they would honor said price. This 2nd location although well stocked, gave me a feeling that the owner was not honest. I had to find a new dealer for propane. I found Grill 'N Propane and ever though they are further away, I will be going there. The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of grills! read more

I love this company and believe they have great pricing compared to other businesses around. One thing I liked is when they used to have local print advertising, they showed the rainbow flag in their ad, showing they support the LGBT community. I really appreciate that. I've been shopping at Grill N Propane for about a year and mainly wandered in to get tanks filled. My neighbor recently got me cooking with charcoal and I started out with a Weber Kettle. As I started learning more and more I started looking for attachments or products to help in whatever it was that I was cooking. I was impressed at Grill N Propane's incredible selection. I found everything I was looking for. As my interest in bbqing with charcoal and wood became bigger I started to try to decide between a pellet style smoker or a Kamado style Big Green Egg. I started visiting the store on a constant basis. Sean, Madison, and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and patient as I asked them question after question. Their politeness and patience continued despite countless visits ending with me NOT buying a grill. Finally, I pulled the trigger and bought a Big Green Egg XL with the Big Green Egg XL Acacia table. Upon receiving it, I found numerous imperfections that came from factory. I notified the shop and spoke to Richard. Richard IMMEDIATELY completed a warranty form and submitted to Big Green Egg. It didn't end there. Richard, to my surprise, called me shortly after sending his email and told me he was going to come by and replace my dome with a new one he had at the store. Talk about service. In a world where we (me as a millennial) am accustomed to not receiving good customer service it's refreshing to interact with a local store that stands behind their products. I was brought up where what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. If you make a mistake you own up to it and make it right. Grill N Propane made no mistake here. This was a factory defect on a product they sold me. A defect that wasn't noticeable indoors in their store when it was sold to me. Their immediate action to rectify the situation blew me away and made me more of an already loyal customer. If you want great products, awesome selection, knowledgeable staff, and a good old school honest shopping experience; this is it. Regarding pricing. I shopped around. Grill N Propane was very competitive and threw in an added value. If you are local, their Big Green Eggs are assembled and delivered. I couldn't beat it. Ok I have to start by saying this is a nice little grill shop. The people there were super friendly. We went there for propane. Which is what we went there for. We found this place by using yelp and looking at the reviews. Well out of all the place we looked at this seemed the best place to stop by. It's a little out of our way by trust me I will do all my grilling purchases here. There are a authorized Green Egg grill dealer. If you are a serious griller you need to check out this grill and they are the ones to buy it from. Right now they have a sale going on. (2/8/2017) not sure how long it will be going one but we were total for awhile. They also sell lump coal which and griller will know that's what they want to use. Stopped in here today for a part and ended up staying for about 30 minutes. By the way, Grill 'n Propane is my regular store when I need to refill my propane tanks. Anyway, the owner really took his time helping me because he wanted to make sure I was set up correctly and not have any propane leaks. I stood by him at his work bench in the back as he put together the regulator and hose for my pop up camper. They don't normally do RV stuff but the owner was determined to help me and he did. My camper is ready for our next outing and I know I won't have any issues with my propane system in my RV. This place is awesome. We love to grill often and we came across this store when we were in search for a part for our grill. The minute you walk in you are welcomed and asked if you need help. They are so informative and if they do not have the part in stock you can be sure that the next time you visit there will be a stack of the part you need on their shelf.
