The silver is excellent quality and the service is amazing. The selection is large and the price range is fitting if you looking to spend just a little or a little more. I'm usually waring one of their pendants when I go in which they offer to polish and shine for me while I'm looking through their current selection. I inevitably fall in love with something to purchase each visit.

I had previously taken it to another repair spot, and they not only broke one of the ceramic links, but I had to go back twice because they didn't install the pins properly. So my watch fell right off my wrist within 30 mins of leaving the shop on the mainland. Grateful to have found this little gem here on island. I have gone in the ocean several times with the watch, snorkel quite a bit, and it is still intact. Mahalo!!!

After only a year the post broke from the main earring. I was ok no big deal they have a lifetime warranty. Called the store and was told they needed to be shipped to Hawaii for the repair and I could either ship them myself or bring to the store and they would ship them. Fine, drove the 3 hours to the store gave them the earrings they shipped them they got to Hawaii in like a week. It took 2 months before they called me to say the earrings were not covered as it was normal wear and tear. Cost me $100 to get them fixed and another month before they were returned. My wife has had multiple sets of earrings that she has showered with and some she even slept with on and never broke. Highly disappointed in the quality, the time to get them repaired and the lack of stand behind their warranty. I will not buy another piece from Na Hoku.
