My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at Forever Nails. We made an appointment and when we showed up they actually honored the appointment. We both had pedicures and were pleased with the results. The shop was clean and the staff very friendly. We will definitely be back. read more

Went in a color and shape in mind. Had a picture with me to show her the color and shape. I have been coming here since high school. Loved the service but today was not a good visit for me. Came out with a color I settled for and shape I did not want. Mind you I've been coming here a long time so I would consider myself a valued customer. The tech I normally go to was on vacation so I went with the owner who typically does a good job. But to have her agree with me about the end color result just to get myself to shit up and make me wait until "next time" was unacceptable. So I settled for a different color and. I rather invest in the equipment and so my own nails or drive over an hour to get my nails done. Not to mention the thickness of the damn nails.I will either wait for the my preferred tech or travel to get my nails done. read more

They are some of the nicest people I've met. My nails look amazing. And they take care of their customers. I picked out a color I ended up not liking after I had it on for a night and I called the next day and they got me right in and put a new color on and we're so nice and understanding. read more

I left feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed. She started off the visit talking down on the salon I had gone to prior, and proceeded to charge me full price for a fill because they did such a poor job in her opinion. I loved my last set of nails and now I'm already set up for a color change at the prior salon because I am so unhappy with my nails after paying $55. Never again! read more
