I was misled into coming here based on their high ratings, but the reality was shocking.I paid thousands of dollars with the dual goal of lifting and volumizing my cheekbones, while also filling the smile lines near my mouth. Instead of using a thick, structured filler appropriate for bone and deep structural support (like Voluma) in my cheeks, the injector used Juvederm Volure for the entire treatment. Medically and anatomically speaking, Volure is a soft, highly flexible filler designed exclusively for superficial lines around the mouth. While it successfully filled the smile lines near my mouth, it completely failed in my cheeks--yielding zero lift, zero volume, and leaving my face completely sagged.To make matters worse, during the consultation I was told I only needed 3 syringes, but after they got my money and the cheeks showed no results due to their wrong product choice, they switched their story and claimed I needed 10 syringes! This demonstrates either a severe lack of medical expertise or a deliberate financial exploitation to empty their inventory at the client's expense. This was a total waste of money and the worst experience of my entire life. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.As a final piece of advice: real-life experience is the ultimate proof, so do not be fooled by high star ratings! Make sure to read carefully about the types of filler and which area each type is designated for before making the decision to get injected.

I want to warn others not to waste their time and money here if they are looking for a laser tattoo/microblading removal. I had three sessions done to remove part of my microblading with a laser. The first session went well, but it left orange pigmentation, which is normal. During the second and third session my eyebrows got burnt and the skin on and around them was damaged to the point that it was bleeding. A day after, the tissue got hardened and was very sore for over two weeks. Before the third session I was very nervous and I felt that Katie was being short with me, stating "if you don't want, I don't have to do it". Since I was there, I trusted her and wanted the orange pigment to be removed, I told her to proceed. The orange pigment didn't fade after those two last sessions. It stayed the same. At first Katie, when I initially talked to her, seemed very knowledgeable and confident that the part of the treated microblading will be gone after 2-3 sessions. It seemed to me that after the second and third sessions she had no idea what she was doing. So, I went to a place where they only specialize in removing tattoos. I had a session done with them last week. My eyebrows didn't burn and my skin didn't get damaged and I can notice that the orange pigment got lighter already. When I told them about my experience with Advanced Heath, they were shocked and said the burning and damaged skin absolutely shouldn't happen. I sent couple emails last week to Advanced Health of Oakbrook with a request of a refund for the three laser tattoo removal sessions but I haven't got reply from them.

Anna used a diagram of a face and explained to me her work, how she would inject and prevent that from happening again and what potentially went wrong when the surgeon injected me. Taking the time to make sure I understood is what built a trust that has me following Anna anywhere she goes. From Botox to Juvederm, Anna takes her time and makes sure it is perfect. I tell her what's bothering me about my face, and I trust her completely to do exactly as needed, nothing more or less. My forehead lines disappear but I can still make expressions when Anna does my Botox or Dysport (I like either). She reminds me to stay natural when I ask for drastically bigger lips. When she is almost done with the syringe I put in my lips, she has me check in a mirror to see if I think the results look even and if want Juvederm added to any area in particular. I have never tried to get a deal on Groupon or been lured by a title of doctor since I met her. I trust her completely and exclusively with my face. When Anna started at this spa, I made the 45 minute drive to see her and get the works. They had a great deal on Botox that day. I also had a syringe and a half of Juvederm to fill lines and boost my lips. The receptionist wanted to make sure I got points for all of my injections and helped me sign up for Aspire rewards. I was so worried about how busy she was and didn't want to be a bother. She assured me that the points for all the money I was spending was important and patiently assisted me in setting up an account before she checked me out and charged me.
