The window displays were amazing so we went in Diane helped us while we shopped and I thought she was the friendliest salesperson around. The entire family held conversations with her since she was easy going. I picked up boots, shirts, candles and various other items. This store had a little bit of everything. The kid picked up kid stuff - lol Hubby didn't get anything but he was looking at a nice cowboy hat. Prices were fair and reasonable We all enjoyed our experience and if we are ever in the area we would definitely go here.

We have lost the playmill, the IMAX, Dairy Queen, and this year we lost Smith and Chandlers. After 100 years of being a great store, it has been sold out to different owners and they are not carrying the same quality stuff anymore. Give it another year and they will be selling nothing but cheap t-shirts like the Eagles store does now, which was sold a few years ago. God help America, and God help West Yellowstone.

The ladies at the register were very nice, and helped you pick out exactly the right thing to take home.
