I've scheduled four to five months in advance and get friendly text reminders in case I need to cancel. Frank is amazing, passionate and cares about what he does. I love experimenting with new styles and trying new things and staying current... which is a challenging demand... I have had some different and unexpected styles, but I have been able to stay on trend. It starts with a cut, then wash and follow up trim & style. Products are never pushed on clients, but they do carry a nice selection of premium brands. I often fall asleep or doze off because the vibe and atmosphere is so relaxing. Love coming here. Pricing may be more than you are used to for Yuma but competitive with the service you get compared to big cities. Highly recommend!

Both times I was here this place was packed- us and each and every hairstylist had one client. This salon is kind of small but very homey. Most importantly it is very clean and sanitized. I booked my highlight, lowlight and kariten treatment with Adriana four days after my consultation. I usually have extensions in and prior to coming here I had very damaged bleached hair. I was here for six hours but my hair has never looked so good. I spend over 50% less of what I usually spend in the hair salons in LA. The staffs here are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I made an appointment for a blow out while I was in town. Overall my hair came out okay. However,…read morethe experience wasn't what I typically expect from a blow out. A round brush was not used at any point my hair was washed and blow dried using hands, and a paddle brush was only used for my curtain bangs. A flat iron was later used to curl my hair. While it looked fine, a true blow out usually gives a very different feel and finish, so I was a little bummed, especially for the $60 price. This was my first time having a blow out done this way, I wasn't sure if this is standard here or just a difference in technique. For future lesson learned on my part, I'll be sure to confirm the styling method beforehand. In addition, the salon's cleanliness was disappointing. My appointment was early in the morning around 9:00 a.m. there were dead flies on the window ledge and hair left behind in the space. I would have expected the salon to be thoroughly cleaned either at closing or before opening. I'm mentioning this in hopes the owner can address it and remind staff how important it is to maintain a clean environment. We all clean our homes everyday right.
