Jill was our principal photographer for our wedding in September at Pt. Dume beach in Malibu. Living out of state, my wife and I had to "interview" potential photographers over the phone. We were immediately drawn to Jill and her energy. Her pictures sold us on her talent as a photographer, but upon chatting for a mere 10 minutes, we were sold on her both as a business woman and person. Jill is a complete package. Her dedication was unquestioned when she responded to my initial email while half way around the world on vacation. When we spoke, she always reassured me that she had our best interest in mind and worked around our tight schedule to take care of us. This included an engagement shoot the day before our wedding at the apex of rush hour traffic in Downtown LA at the Disney Hall. When she arrived at my room the morning of our wedding, I was full of nerves, yet she was true to form and maintained her composure, setting a gentle, easy going environment that helped calm me. Upon arriving at the beach prior to the ceremony, I can't say that I recall ever seeing her throughout. She was there without it feeling like she was there. A subtle, yet accommodating talent of hers. At dinner afterward, she threw in some portrait shots of some of our guests--and in pure Jill fashion--blended seamlessly into our dinner party. We can't stress enough how great this was. We ended the day back on the beach for some shots during sunset. Even with the light fading, Jill managed to get some wonderful shots. I highly recommend Jill as a wedding photographer. Her photos were exactly what we wanted, but almost just as important, it was a pleasure to work with her. Jill was our photographer at our redwood wedding in the giant trees of northern california. She did an absolutely mind-blowing job. The pictures are stunning and really capture the story and feel of the entire day. Flipping through them, let's me relive all the moments that went by too fast in reality and savor the details and the love. My good friend used Foreverhooked for her wedding. I was really struck by the high number of fun, candid photos from the entire day, rather than just presenting a ton of the over-done bridal party photos. Even though I was just a guest, it was such a fun event and these ladies captured it so well I made sure to get some prints for myself!
