Did a great job on my TRIM! I emphasize that because I am always so nervous with new hair stylists taking off way too much. She trimmed my hair and got rid of my split ends. I had a groupon and not once did I feel like I was getting a cheaper treatment or service. Nicolette was so easy to talk to and I would definitely go back. My only suggestions would be to use the restroom prior to arriving, the restroom she has access to is a shared bathroom and may be occupied or dirty. My friend and I wanted to get a hair cut so we stopped by... it was closed no info as to when she would be open when it said she was open here at yelp I called multiple times and there was no answer or call back. This was my very first time having my hair dyed at a salon and I really wish it would've turned out different. I went in to get a balayage and trim. My hair was brassy brown and I was hoping to get it to at least a dark ashy blonde. Unfortunately my hair ended up being almost the same color I walked in with, just ashier. I was super bummed about not being able to achieve blonde at all but I understand it was better for my hair's integrity to not bleach too much in one session. I walked out the salon somewhat happy because my hair was at least finally even and I could just go back to get it lightened. Boy was I wrong! I straightened a couple days later only to realize it was completely butchered (as you can see in the picture). I spent a lot of money on this service only to be completely dissatisfied. Sorry,not a good experience at all. I been hesitant about writing the review about my experience for about two weeks now. And it does matter when you are a Groupon customer versus full price. The treatment is different. And I mean it's just not good. I actually had to go get a haircut elsewhere because I was very unhappy with my haircut at Forevermore. But anyhow the hairstylist was just not to my expectations. I know I was a little undecided on the haircut i had in mind but still wasn't happy at all. I kept saying surprise me but,she just kept saying so, how do you want your haircut? And the end of it all, she only took about an inch or so off my ends and still managed to mess it up. Like I said I had to spend another 65 dlls just to get my haircut fixed.
