I followed my hairdresser of almost 20 yrs to wherever she goes and this is the latest salon. The entry way is cute and dress is white and grey's. Approximately 3-4 chairs on each side for a smaller salon this is a little small as you can hear the next salon is the conversation, etc. I am not a fan of their wash bowl. The most uncomfortable I have every came across - hits you right at the neck with water all around your face. I am there for my hairdresser! I love this place. It's relaxing and professional. I put my hair in a pony tail and chopped it off myself a while ago because well, It was just a bad day. Then I found this place and Amoryn fixed what I thought was unfixable. She made it really cute. That was more than 6 months ago. Then, yesterday I went in because I found out that my friend Caitlin who I've known for 10+ years works there. My hair was grown, I wanted bangs and just something new and cute. After reading the great reviews that are on here, I expected much of the place. I was, sadly, a bit disappointed in the entire experience. When shampooing my hair, the stylist used barely luke-warm water - it was even a bit chilly. AND, she let the spray for the water get all over my face an my clothes. And I'm not talking a little mist, here - I'm talking I had to wipe my face and make sure my mascara wasn't running after she was though. And I just want to say that she did such an amazing job and I've never been happier with my hair after she was done with the hair color and even hooked me up with a hair trim yesterday! I've been to 2 different hair salons, showed them a picture of what I want done to my hair and both didn't come close to what Lindsey accomplished. And what's worse was that I was ridiculously over charged(over $200!) at the 2nd hair salon but I still wasn't satisfied with how my hair looked. With Lindsey, she only charged me $120 which I thought was reasonable and for sure no one else will do my hair other than her! :) Another thing too is that the staff are really accommodating and professional. Amoryns name kept popping up so I decided to call and ask about extension prices and they said Amoryn was the one that did extentions SO I guess it was meant to be. She did a great job with my hair! I'm a satisfied customer. She does exactly what you ask. Unfortunately my husband wasn't to happy with the color so I texted Amoryn and let her know. Amoryn is awesome and her vast knowledge and experience has made her one of the best hair stylists in the area. There are probably more salons in Redlands than even food eating places but when it comes to actually getting the experience that we all deserve....only a few can deliver. Amoryn is exceptional and she provides a wow experience every time. My wife and I have been seeing her now for about six months and we truly love the way she cuts, colors, and styles it every time.
