The person that messaged me was very kind but I see they are super active on social media posting videos all the time so it kinda sucks that they can't answer the phone.

I have had my hair short, long, & everything in between. I have paid anywhere from $10 shop to $150 salons across Los Angeles, the Bay Area, & Orange County. When a service is advertised it should exist. If it doesn't, it shouldn't be listed. Clarity is respect for the customer which this place has none. Save your time & go somewhere else.

I felt like it was meant to be because it just all worked out so well and booking online was so easy. I booked a 90 minute appointment with Bitali for the Moisturizing Head Spa service. The location was easy for me to find because I know the area well, but if you're unfamiliar I put up photos of the door and its relation to a business that's easy to spot from the street. It's the door just to the left of Jersey's Pizza. The stairs lead you up to the hallway where you'll wait. She opens the door right at the time of your service. I liked the energy in the waiting area. The hallway is filled with business doors where women are getting their hair or nails done. There are also some aestheticians who have doors in the hallway. I liked the chatter from all the ladies taking care of themselves. It is a very joyful and beautiful space. Once I was in the room, I was greeted and instructed to remove my top clothing and sit in the chair with my towel robe. Bitali did a visual assessment with a scalp camera and explained what we were looking at throughout. After that I laid out and she went to work. It was so relaxing! I savored every minute of peace I had laying there. After the final rinse out, I got back in the chair to do a reassessment of my scalp. I got dressed and left with my hair wet. Once it dried out, my hair was the softest it's ever been. The whole experience was well worth it. I feel great and will be back regularly!

I would argue this was better than a therapy session. If you're dealing with a lot of stress, just had a baby or just need a good scalp reset, Bitali is your girl! I was totally speechless when she asked how it was for me because I was insanely relaxed after she was done. I hope I get to do this again soon!

I had an appointment with Dianna Sanchez on May 4 for a balayage which I received. I reached out to…read moreDianna 2 weeks later to let her know that the color she used on my root had already washed out and all of my grays were showing. I inquired to see if a Demi permanent product was used but was assured that a permanent was used. 5 days after notifying her that I was unhappy with my hair Dianna finally reached back out to me to offer to correct my hair at 7am on one of three days (my original appointment was at 11). When I replied stating that yes, I would take the second day offered she responded stating that it was already taken and could have the third day. I informed her that I was scheduled to work and that would not be possible to make. At this point I made an appointment with my regular stylist (who does not do balayage) for a root touch up as I am unwilling to be seen in public with the hair I was left with. I reached out again to Dianna, this time to see about refunding me the price of a root touch up, not the entire service, as she was unable to accommodate me in appropriate manner, and she replied that she does not offer refunds but would redo my hair. At this pint I have already had to have someone else redo my hair and I will no longer be going to someone who cannot stand behind their work and handle their mistakes timely or appropriately.
