I love getting my wife fresh flowers and actually, having them around the house definitely lightens my mood as well! So I was in the area and wanted to pick up a bouquet for her. I stopped in to the Forget Me Not Flower Shop and here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: This place resembles a large house, but does boast a private parking lot. That's always a plus. Once inside you're immediately hit in the face by all of the fresh, sweet aromas that flowers produce. I mean, I wouldn't want to smell anything else in a flower shop! This place is pretty damn big too! Off to the left is like a display room with so many colorful plants. Then as you walk through you see candles, chocolates and other goodies that are all from other local businesses! This is what "a rising tide lifts all boats" means! Support local whenever you can! Service: There was an AWESOME lady there helping us out! I can't remember her name, but maybe it was Cindy? Sydney? I feel like it was something like that. Regardless, she was SUPER HELPFUL! I saw this like, plant in a glass vase that was kinda cut off so I starting asking questions about it. She SCHOOLED ME! She gave me the low-down on how to preserve it through the winter and how to plant it once spring comes! So we shall see! I also met the new owner, Lindsey! She was super cool, down-to-Earth and just someone I'm happy to see take over this spot! Product: I picked up a fresh-flower bouquet put together by the lady I mentioned above. She threw roses and all kinds of stuff in there. Needless to say, my wife LOVED IT! I also bought that flower bulb thing. We'll see if it blooms in the spring. I also picked up some local goodies from Fascia's Chocolates that were AMAZING! Apparently they've been making these since 1964! The peanut butter cups were so creamy and AMAZING! Poops all over Reese's for sure! Lol. I also had the chocolate-dipped Oreos. Those were good, but not as good as the peanut butter cups. But aye, this place is awesome! Value: I mean... flowers are never cheap. Don't walk up in here disrespecting Lindsey and her team! Come with the cheese and you'll get what you need! In conclusion, I loved this place and I'd continue to support this place if I lived closer, but if I am ever in the area again and need some fresh flowers, I'm coming here!
I visited Forget Me Not for the first time. They made a beautiful flower bouquet for my wife. Service was terrific. They sought my input on colors and types of flowers, and they were able to take what little input I gave them to create an awesome bouquet with terrific fresh flowers, colors, shapes and variety. Forget Me Not is my new Go To Flower shop, even though I don't live especially close. Five Stars
Stopped by this beautiful shop last week. They recently changed ownership and the shop is beginning to reflect that. They are redesigning their space to include a bridal consult room and modern designs. I received this gorgeous bouquet and spotted many more floral arrangements that caught my eye! Excited for them to be part of our community and look forward to many more beautiful arrangements!

Forget Me Not Flower shop has been a staple in the area for years and with the new powers they have undertaken some wonderful upgrades while still maintaining the independent charm they are known for. With a warm staff made up of some very talented florists - they are raising the bar and creating unique bouquets and floral arrangements to fit anyone's budget.
On behalf of my family i would like to thank you for the unbelievable flower display Miller's Fuel asked you make for our mom's funeral. It was so unique and creative right down to the utensils and recipe card! My mom loved to bake and her Gingersnaps were the best. Thank you again the display was absolutely beautiful and meant so much to us.
I've been ordering from Forget Me Not Flower Shop throughout the pandemic and I've always enjoyed their customer service. I decided to have a 30th birthday event and wanted a floral arrangement in the shape of a 30. Everywhere I called, I was being quoted thousands of dollars which was so not feasible. I decided to ask the folxs at Forget Me Not if they could bring my vision to life. After a great conversation with the owner, we came up with a plan and they were able to bring my vision to life at a reasonable cost. I'm so grateful for their help and the "30" floral arrangement was a nice staple at my event.
I contacted Forget Me Not floral shop as it had great reviews. I am so glad I did that. I contacted them to order flowers for my Godson who was hospitalized unexpectedly. Sandy, Florist, was friendly and very helpful when taking my order. After hanging up I was informed by family to hold off sending flowers as my Godson may be moved to a different location. I contact the floral shop and Sandy was very helpful and understanding of the situation and honored my request to hold the order until I have a confirmed delivery address. Once I had the delivery location confirmed, I called Forget Me Not Flower Shop and completed the transactions. A day later, Laura(shop manager) contacted me and advised when I called a second time to complete my order the payment was accidentally processed twice for one order. Laura quickly refunded me for the overage, confirmed my order and delivery date. Laura was friendly, professional and helpful. The shop overall showed care and concern to provide excellent customer service. As I am on the West Coast, the picture I included (may not be the best photo) was from a family member, but I was told the flowers are beautiful. The bouquet is "Garden Patch", I had the shop substitute yellow roses for the pink ones. I will definitely use this shop again for my New Haven,CT family.
I first heard of this shop when I asked my hair salon where their beautiful arrangements were from. I had to visit them today to order flowers for my niece's funeral. Forget me not helped me when my grandmother passed away, I had never been in charge of a funeral, was grieving my heart out, and they guided me perfectly with beautiful flowers for her casket and a rose rosary which she had specifically wanted, in her favorite color. They also are my go to for spur of the moment beautiful flowers for events such as plays, dances, etc. We popped in on a Thursday and picked out the most beautiful calla Lily's that the gentleman then individually wrapped and put bows on for my daughters friends who were in the local high school play, they looked stellar and my pics don't do them justice!

My husband and I were married in CT this May (micro-wedding style). We're not from the area but Forget Me Not made it super easy to make an appointment to go over our floral arrangements. Krista really took her time with us to understand what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. She was SUPER helpful and not pushy at all, which we really appreciated! She was extremely responsive and ended up created exactly what we wanted. I'm so happy we went with Forget Me Not! I'd definitely recommend them for any weddings! I have been using Forget Me Not for years for all of my floral needs and have always been extremely happy with everything they have done. This weekend Forget Me Not exceeded my expectations when they did the flowers for my daughter's bridal shower, not only were the centerpieces exactly what I had invisioned but they were breathtaking onthe tables. Forget Me Not provided flowers for our wedding ceremony & reception in North Branford and Middletown on 11/30/19. We could not have been happier with the result! Sharon was just wonderful to work with. She had lots of ideas, offered to meet with us several times, and we really trusted her with everything! Yes I needed some flowers quick the next day. I'm here in the west coast and I forgot about the time change . So it's 3pm in New Haven. I needed flowers deliver to colonial funeral home in Hamden the next morning . Kim helped me out the the phone and was super patient with me. She even sent me a text to show me the arrangement! After passing by Forget-Me-Not a number of times we stopped by it this morning on our walk. It was a great break to smell the flowers and see all the decorative items. The gentleman working on an arrangement at the time even gave us some gorgeous flowers before we left. Excellent customer service and staff! We certainly will be going back to pick up some garden decorations and bouquets/flower arrangements in the future! read more
